I made a 9AM appointment and went right in. The doctor was prompt, pleasant, thorough, compassionate and helpful. She checked me thoroughly, did 3 tests, sent a script, and gave me thoughtful care instructions. I was on my way home by 9:25. The space was clean, the front desk staff was efficient and friendly. We will be back!
Took my sick teenager on a Sunday afternoon. The receptionist at the desk wasn’t very helpful. She wouldn’t finish my registration at the desk (I started an appt request online) but instead told me I had to sit and do it on my phone while in the waiting room. Meanwhile she sat behind the desk with her air pods in having a conversation on her cell phone. The physician’s assistant was kind but abrupt at first. Doc was all business (which is fine) but didn’t explain a whole lot during the exam unless I asked specific questions. It was unbearably hot in the exam room and my son was sweating through his clothes with a fever but they wouldn’t let us keep the door open for air flow (apparently it’s a HIPPA violation) so I spent the hour fanning him with my receipt paper. The total experience time (over an hour for an exam and 3 rapid tests) when we were one of two people there was a bit excessive IMO. I felt confident in their diagnosis but didn’t love the overall experience.
I was very happy with the service that I got with the doctor. He was very quick and identifying the concerns that I had and was able to remediate and provide support and give me medical advice. I highly recommend them to all who wish any kind of urgent assistance without having necessarily going to their doctor.
I have been to this urgent care before and had positive experiences, but the doctor I met with today (Dr. Anthony Mangiaracina) had terrible bedside manner, was very rough during the physical exam, and made me so uncomfortable and anxious that I had a major panic attack in the office. He seemed frustrated when I started crying and told me to go to the hospital for my panic attack and that he wouldn’t do anything for me. The rest of the staff was great but the doctor made it one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had.
The female physicians assistant was so kind and helpful. I don't always like going to doctors but she's amazing! She really cares.
Actual doctor was great but the front desk young girl is horrible. Has her airpods in so misses the fact I said i did everything online, so had to redo it all in person, keeps saying what to everything i say (once again bc she has airpods in), asks me for my insurance and license so i for the 10th time told her i did everything online, change my pharmacy for my prescription with her, thank god i called my pharmacy because she of course sent it to the wrong damn one. Like we are there cause we need help, should be giving us an easy time. Hire better staff.
Shanty (NP) took amazing care of my special needs son! Check in was super easy online the night before our appointment. The site was clean and staff was courteous and friendly. Thank you AFC Doylestown.
As with my first visit , it was very professional and more important very caring. The staff made sure your questions and comfort were their top priority. As with my first eye 24 hours later I'm seeing better. Thanks to tri-county surgical team and my man Dr.Galiani.
