I always have a pleasant experience when I need to go to AFC in Downingtown. Most recently, I took my 19 month old & the visit went great. We were met with patience & a gracious attitude upon check in — the lady at the front desk (Kayla, maybe?) was super sweet and very very helpful. At the end of our visit she asked permission to give my baby a treat and sticker & of course, he loved it! The doctor (Mike, maybe) was also very patient, calm and explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
We did go first thing in the AM, when they opened at 8 - so the office wasn’t busy at all with 3 total patients, one of whom wore a mask.
Overall, great experience, friendly staff and knowledgeable professionals. We’ll be back (hopefully not soon or often????)
Had a great experience here recently. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Kayla (medical receptionist) was welcoming and helped me get checked in quickly. Erika (medical assistant) was competent and caring. She got my vitals and information, and performed needed testing. Mark R. (CRNP) listened to my symptoms and arrived at a diagnosis. He was very thorough and informative. I am appreciative of the care I received. Whole process went so smoothly. Was in and out in a timely manner, script sent to pharmacy, and on my way to feeling better!
AFC Urgent Care Downingtown handled my DOT Physical quickly and efficiently. Mel, was great to work with, and very kind. Along with their provider Tim. This location is clean and wasn't too busy when I visited.
We always have a great experience at AFC Downingtown. My son’s appointment was for 9:30 and we were called back by 9:35. Saw the nurse practitioner by 9:45. She was very kind and professional and I felt my son was quickly and accurately diagnosed. I even had to call back and request a different form of the prescription and that was handled very quickly between them and the pharmacy.
Today I had a lovely experience with the Medical Receptionist, Kayla. I’m new to going to the doctors by myself and she was nothing but kind. She helped me navigate the forms and contacting the radiology place I had to go to as well. I was welcomed with a smile, and I’m sure whoever is reading this review, you will be too! Thank you Kayla for your impeccable service!!
I also wanted to shoutout Erika for her kindness as well. I spoke to her on the phone the first time I called and she was very nice. She was able to pull up my info from my last visit and ask my doctor about my medications. Very knowledgeable and sweet people at AFC Urgent Care in Downingtown!!
Definitely recommend this urgent care and Dr Cherukuri. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Treated my concerns/illness and I’m hopeful to feel better soon. I was also able to make an online appointment to be seen & the staff were also kind & helpful.
