This location is usually very busy so there is almost always a long wait. However, the level of care Dr. Christopher Morley provided was worth the wait. He was patient and kind. He listened carefully to my symptoms and provided a thorough check up. The exam was quick and efficient which I appreciated after the wait in the lobby. He sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy right away. Also, the check-in staff was super nice. Great office all around.
I came in nervous for a concern. Dr Singh was the best I’ve seen in a while. He made me feel calm and comfortable. He actually spent time with me listening and his exam. He even had a portable Ultrasound and he performed it on the spot for me. He said ultrasound isn’t usually a service they provide but he had one with him today. He diagnosed me for my condition with his ultrasound! He saved me from having to go to the ER!! Best experience at any urgent care !
The staff is great. From front desk to the staff in the back. Always open on time. Very helpful. For being such a busy location, everyone is very pleasant. Met the manager and she is wonderful. I can see why the staff it seems like there would be a good work dynamic. Was there twice early in the morning on a Saturday and it was busy but I can’t complain because everyone was so pleasant. Thank you all for great service experience.

My first time going to Cheltenham Urgent Care and I was really impressed. You go in and sign in at the kiosk and then finish registration on your phone. You will see your spot in line on the screen in the waiting room. The staff were very professional and very quick to treat you. Ten out of ten!
Exceptional service and care. The staff at the front desk, nurses and doctors were pleasant and explanation of care and medications were well explained. This was my first visit to AFC and they didn’t disappoint. Also I highly recommend scheduling your appointment on line. It helped in speeding up the sign in process.
Very professional and nice interaction with all the staff. I came in the morning and the wait was a bit long and I had to leave but came back in the afternoon with much shorter wait times. Very clean, organized, and respectful urgent care service
