The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Maria who was very sweet and kind towards me. She assisted my logging my information in to set my appointment visit. We spoke for a few minutes. She was very social and caring!!! Thank you Maria!
Next I was called into my room where I was taken care of by Kimme. She also was very kind and caring towards me. She assured me I was in good hands. Thank you Kimme
Then after only about 5 minutes, I was seen by Carmel. She examined my ears, throat, sinus and glands. She determined my illness and prescribed the appropriate medication.
It’s such a nice feeling to be treated so well by health care providers, especially when you are sick and not feeling well. Thank you Cedar Grove AFC Urgent Care.
I was very surprised and impressed by the entire experience from beginning to end. Kathy volunteered to help me with filling out the paperwork. That was nice of her. It would have taken me longer to get everything together. Then it was quick to go inside for the examination. Berry was prompt and efficient throughout the entire process: asking the pertinent questions and checking my vital signs and blood pressure. Both were in a good mood and friendly. When he doctor entered the room she was very happy because I spoke French. She examined both eyes and explained the problem in details. Took her time so she wouldn’t miss anything. It’s an infection which could be treated with antibiotics. So she asked for the pharmacy and informed me she would send the prescription electronically. I thanked everyone and left. What a successful experience!!!!!
It was such a pleasure being treated here even though I didn’t want to be here with a cut finger. The PA Stephanie Pierre Pierre was top notch. She was so knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I didn’t need stitches but she took great care of me. The staff here was great too! Very friendly and welcoming.
My husband and I both saw Dr.Carmel Louis-Jacques and were very pleased with her high level of competence and warm bedside manner. All medical technicians and staff were well-trained and very courteous. We had an excellent experience.
I would not recommend going here at all. The woman who took my boyfriend’s vitals was so rude and seemed like she had 0 experience working with people. She seemed miserable and when I asked a question her response was snippy and not professional. I will not be returning here as my whole experience was unprofessional. I was shocked the way things went while we were looking for care for my boyfriends health.
I came into urgent care this evening because of an allergy attack. They took me right in, asked me questions and determined I needed an allergy shot right away. The Dr and staff were friendly, empathic and efficient. I’ve been here several times before for myself and my kids and they’ve always talent great care of us.
I’m living in Los Angeles and am visiting friends in Upper Montclair. I fell and broke 2 bones in my arm and bruised my ribs and knee. I was in lots of pain and was scared
because I didn’t know how badly I was hurt.
I am so glad I came to you because I not only didn’t have to wait, everyone was so kind and you took x-rays of every part of me affected. You gave an accurate and efficient diagnosis and secured my arm in an excellent brace. Finally, your Physician’s Assistant gave appropriate advice on how to care for my injuries and I received a referral to a Dr for further evaluation. At every stage, each person was compassionate and professional. This was a good experience and I will always use your services when I am in the area.
Reception and the nurse practitioner that diagnosed me were friendly
The person that took my temp and blood pressure had zero personality and barely spoke to me and treated me like I was a thing and not a person.
While waiting in the room for the nurse I could hear her talking loudly the entire time about her personal life. Which honestly I could really have cared less about after the way she handled me.
