I came to this location because of its 4.7 out of 5 star rating online compared to other urgent care facilities that were closer to me. I'm so happy I did!
The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, from the reception area to the medical professionals in the back! Wait-time was very reasonable and the facility was clean, quiet, spacious, well lit including the examining rooms and patient bathrooms!
The medical staff were quick and thorough with in-take procedures. The doctor well explained what I needed to do going forward and quickly rerouted my medicine to the pharmacy adjacent to their office to save me from an extra trip to the pharmacy I usually use. What a perfect setup for medical service!
I've already told family and friends about this urgent care facility. I'm glad to know it's there if I ever need urgent care in the future!
horrible customer service, I checked in at 6:04pm , I did not get called up to 6:40pm, i only went to get a rapid covid test, thankfully I came out negative, but then I asked the RN, that I forgot to put that i had a bruised left leg, and she was mad and told me that I just put in for the covid test, soo she was very cold, and mad, soo right away I changed the topic, very unprofessional, horrible customer service experience, I finally left the doctors office around 7:40pm ,and they had the gates down, front door locked, their schedule says they closed at 8:00pm,which was totally a lie false advertisement, every employees were ready to run out of urgent care, again it was a horrible customer experience, and that black older RN was very unprofessional, she just wanted to leave work.......

One of the nurse was inexperience in extracting blood from my arm. Later on while waiting in my room, I over heard One of doctors (woman in green shirt and pants) told the same nurse I was complaining. Even Though I only ask for testing results for blood work or else I'll be charged for other treatments. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Tiffany and Christine were absolutely the sweetest! Very professional, kind, and very informative throughout the whole physical. it felt refreshing to be at an urgent care where I didn’t feel like a burden. Most of the times I encounter attitudes, hostility, gaslighting, and being rushed because said workers may be used to dealing with a certain crowd and treat everyone the same. I didn’t feel rushed here at all and my whole physical was about 30 minutes! Amazing, they were so prompt, attended to me quickly and I got out quickly because of it. Nice flow of traffic and had a great experience! kudos to those two great women???? they deserve a raise! employees like this dont come often, which is why they should be valued!! christine was welcoming the entire time and very informative through the phone despite my many questions! made AFC look great today!
AFC Webster Ave in the Bronx exceeded my expectations. From registration, the Nurse Practitioner, and to the X-ray technician; ALL were professional. They all asked questions that pertained to my wellness, mental and physical. No one wants to go urgent care BUT if you have to, this location is the best! Thank you to the staff, I appreciate ALL OF YOU!
