I like here. I was this place first time. I like service from everyone, every staff. But actually I very like service from employee name is Elizabeth H., she was very nice to me, she was very friendly and competitive. She provided me with great care: helped and care, and understanding.
The experience that my youngest son and I had was very positive!! The office staff were so helpful with cheerful dispositions!! The doctor was the epitome of a professional that has done her medical training and shows that she has excellent bedside manner and is a kind person!!
This place is always great, so helpful as well. Been there many times and go every 2 years for a DOT physical. Nurses, Dr just entire staff is always a pleasure. No one wants to go to the Dr. at least they make it painless.
I had an issue with billing and the service I required. The facility and faculty stated I was there for a "DR Visit" when I ONLY came in for a simple COVID test... There is NO WAY to see any previous appointments made at this medical facility. All you can do is "pay your bill" .. if I have a dispute I should be able to go back and see previous visits information to clarify and ensure quality control is being upheld.
Worst place....
If you have options for pre employment testing, do not go here. Their website and all paperwork clearly states they’re open until 8pm and perform drug screens until 6pm. I arrived shortly after 5pm and was told “we changed it to 5pm a while ago but just haven’t updated anything”. There were people there that could perform the screen, and were well aware that their own instructions had clients scheduling their day and test around a certain time period, but they rudely repeated that they did not care about the advertised hours that people base their testing schedule off of, and would not take me. Not only to employment candidates rely on those posted hours, but so do the employers that contract them. To have the livelihoods of individuals in your hands but blatantly not care one bit, is the most unprofessional practice I have ever experienced. Corporate and the BBB were notified immediately, as was my future employer. Until you have your hours properly updated, you should honor the advertised times, especially when your business is open for any medically necessary lab testing for several additional hours.
I strongly advise against visiting this facility. Upon arrival, I was struggling to breathe and was met with hostility from Bob at the front desk. When I explained my situation, he appeared annoyed and walked to the back. He returned to inform me that they could not and would not see me because I have sickle cell disease. I clarified that I was not seeking treatment for sickle cell or requesting pain medication. Bob became more aggressive, reiterating that they do not dispense pain medication. Frustrated, I asked him to fetch a doctor or nurse, as he was clearly miscommunicating my needs.
Nurse Mira eventually came out and kindly informed me that they did not have any IV fluids available. This was hard to believe, given that we were in a hospital, so I repeatedly asked for confirmation. Desperate and barely able to stand, I requested that Bob call an ambulance for me. He responded by yelling at me again, telling me to do it myself.
This experience was extremely distressing and unacceptable, and I hope that appropriate measures are taken to prevent others from enduring similar treatment.
I’ve been here before but have had different doctors. Right now I think it’s been the best. Staff were great, fast service and the doctor was really nice! I’m pregnant and she was very helpful with ways to feel better.
I was having a really bad day and I thought my urgent care experience would make it even worse. The whole staff was so kind from the front desk, to the techs, to the doctor. They were so understanding and kind. The woman who took my blood, I didn’t even feel her put the needle in. Amazing experience and will probably be the only urgent care I visit.
