I had some concerns with my health this morning and they was super fast and was the kindest people. The nurse Ruby was the best nurse I have ever had and her name is Ruby. They was all very friendly and give me information I needed as I was not feeling good. God bless them.
I do not know how to leave a review with a zero star, that’s the only reason I’m leaving a 1 star! We were transferred to this urgent care because they had a zero wait time, we thought “that’s great”. We get there the inside was super nice and clean, the lady at the counter was extremely sweet and thoughtful. We thought “this is awesome, we will start coming here”. We were then called back by the LPN and when I tell you she was rude, not only was her tone rude, she was looking me up and down, she took my husbands vital signs and said “they good” first of all his BP was high, she didn’t even check his respiratory rate, then said “why are you here”. Then we thought “ok, she’s just rude and insensitive but the lady up front was enough to override the nurse BS”. The doctor should be better… HELL NO! He walked in, didn’t shut the door, leaned up against the sink and said “what’s going on”, my husband told him “HA, body aches, chills, running nose, SOB, cough for 3 days”. The doctor said “well we can give you medication for the flu but I wouldn’t suggest it, if it’s COVID there’s nothing to do for that, so go home lay on the couch and watch football for the next week, I can give you a prescription that will knock that cough right out man take it before bed and only a little at first, that’s all I can do”. When I tell you I was so pissed off. We left went to Publix and bought the dual pack of flu and Covid… he has COVID. We will NOT be back!!
Just had a great experience here. Ladies were super fast and nice. Front desk is no joke with the typing skills. Latest technology.. urinalysis machine gives you the result in a few minutes while you stand there and wait. I Just had to do a drug test at 6pm. In and out in less than 30 Minutes. That’s unheard of. I will return to this location. It’s a busy street so I’ll go at night again. Much easier to get in and out of the parking lot at that time.
Went in because of pain on foot. They did x-rays and no lead apron was provided. Doctor walked in afterwards and didn’t even examine my foot. Was told to put on a compress. Doctor brought in a compress made for the ankle not foot, obviously that it wasn’t going to work. At least an elastic wrap would have been nice. Was given an exercise worksheet and a so long see you never.
Mind this that I have a very good insurance, I could only imagine the poop patients that go in without insurance.

My medical assistant Ruby was attentive and helpful she was backed up by Jessica who was very helpful.
Unfortunately I needed X-rays so Katie & Sean took care of that!
The Provider “Kristen Jones” got me all fixed up and on the road to full recovery!
The entire team is excellent and caring! I highly recommend!
The best urgent care experience we've ever had! Fast, in and out quickly, the nurses and doctor were FABULOUS!!!! Everyone was so nice and caring and they were great with my son!!! We will be using this urgent care for a long time to come!!!! Thank y'all!!!
The Entire Staff was so Awesome. The front desk rep Aailyah was so nice and very professional in greeting me and providing me all paperwork needed for registration.And X-Ray/Nurse was super kind and polite and explained everything that was going to be needed for my care with the doctor. And the Dr Owens she is so nice and polite/ understanding and explained my situation and took action into what she was subscribing to help me get better. ❤️???? Thank you so very much!!
Absolutely felt confident n the staff if just so gentle, calm n caring. They did not treat my dog, for something they didn't know what he had. Turns out, my dogs are blind, he nosed into a yellow jacket nest, in the ground...hundreds of bites!! They shaved him n scrubbed him w a special topical. He's on the mend n I just can't say enough about the wonderful care given. Dylan shaved the dog's whole body..oh we couldn't imagine...so many bites n stings. He is so gentle n caring, Dr White was wonderful..kind, caring, compassionate. True to their word, day after the hurricane, they are open 24/7, 365!! N it's true. What a fabulous practice n staff..all staff were helpful. We left after midnight n people still coming in. God bless you all n I thank you for having this service available...
