The whole staff was very friendly, and my wait time was very fast. I especially loved Donna my nurse practitioner. She was the best, and really knows her job! One of the best medical appointments I have had in a very long time:)
Stopped by here for a minor office visit, was checked in quickly, very clean waiting area and staff was nice. Once in a room it was average time to wait for a doctor, bring a jacket as it was freezing in there. Overall great experience!
Nurse Lili is EXCEPTIONAL. I am a person that is VERY anxious at doctor’s appointments, to the point of almost having panic attacks. However, as SOON as I see Nurse Lili is working, all my fears are erased. She has made me a person who worries before every doctor’s appointment to a person that leaves happier than when she walked in. Her exuberant personality and joyful smile, on top of her empathy, adaptability, and communication skills make it easy to feel calm and comfortable opening up and telling her exactly what is going on! I can honestly say that Lili’s unwavering commitment to her patients and the genuine care she shows in every interaction is truly inspiring. Nurse Lili, You make a profound difference in the lives of so many, and your hard work does not go unnoticed!!!! Thank you for everything!! ????
Honestly what I loved about the experience was contact with people and objects was minimal. I filled out all paperwork on my phone. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Quick diagnosis. The nurse practitioner was very professional and efficient. I will be back if I need urgent care.
Everyone was so kind, caring, and helpful when we brought in our 5 year old for stitches. They made her feel comfortable and at ease and thankfully she only needed liquid stitches. Thank you all for your hard work and speed in helping our girl!
DO NOT come here without booking an appointment. I would rather drive to md360. In and out 15 minutes no appointment. I've been sitting here for an hour and a half. Nothing urgent about that. There is nobody else in the wait room for the past 10 minutes and they still aren't bringing me back. I certainly won't be back and recommend you don't come back either.
Best urgent care I've ever been to. My little girl was having tooth pain and we came here and she was prescribed an antibiotic to get her through until her dentist apt. I feel like they Dr and nurses really cared taking the time to assess her. We did schedule before hand so if you can do that try to book online before as we were in and out with no fuss. We will be using this urgent care going forward.
The staff was very kind and courteous. They were quick and efficient. I was not there long and got the appropriate care that I needed. Great care!
