The staff at this location on Wade Hampton are amazing! Wendy the Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The medical assistance Ruby and Jessica were extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Maskell is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel that I wasn’t being rushed in and out. I have been going to this place for the past 10 years.
Good morning the staff was great and very helpful. Dr. Emma was very caring and informative. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me details on how to get better. The entire staff from the clerk, to the nurse, to the doctor made my experience one of the best, and I am so grateful.... Thank you AFC Urgent Care...
My visit went extremely well. The nurse practitioner addressed all of my concerns. She listened well and I left there knowing she had done her best to help me. Everyone was pleasant and courteous.
I had to use a Kiosk that was not working even though there was a receptionist at the window and no one in line. She had to eventually come out and reset the Kiosk so I could spent 5 min. typing info into it and getting/responding to a text, just so she could then immediately call me to the window to hand me paper forms to fill out (that duplicated the same info I had just had to enter in the kiosk) after that I got to sit in a mostly empty waiting room for 30-60 min before being called back to complete my drug screening. The Screening itself was efficient and professional, and the technician fast and competent.
The front desk and nurses are friendly and quick to get you checked in, I saw Laura Cook, the Nirse Practitioner, several times and she is wonderful! Will definitely be going back and sending my family members here.
I had a great experience at the Greer office on Wade Hampton. Every person I had contact with was very kind and compassionate. The wait was not long, even tho it was my first visit/new patient with the paperwork involved. I highly recommend.
Best urgent care experience I've ever had! Jaime up front showed me compassion as I walked in with an intense migraine. My dad and I were also impressed to see her hug a patient who was crying on her way out of the door. That sort of compassion goes a long way and as a chronically ill person, its a rare act of kindness to see from somebody in the medical field. Ellen, the doctor, was very intelligent, a great person to bounce ideas off of as we are always searching for medical answers and helped relieve my migraine with medicine. The nurse who put a shot in my butt had a wonderful sense of humor! All around, fantastic!!!
I had promised a business associate to follow up immediately on a intermittent cough that had become severe at certain times. I shared my experience with the attending PA and was given excellent advice. I appreciate this local clinic and it's simple mission. It takes humans to give other humans excellent service and it was nice being treated as a individual and not a number
