Asked question and explained in detail of what was wrong. Was fast in getting me back. Took me before my appointment time. And actually spent time with me when I got back there. Did not have to wait when they got me back there. They showed they really care. Double check my blood pressure before I left cause it was elevated when I got there. Just wonderful care I received.
I am very thankful for their prompt attention to my condition and for getting prescriptions sent over quickly to the pharmacy. I was able to get them filled the same day, which is very helpful. I know they all are extremely busy with so many sick right now, but they got to me as quickly as they could. I appreciate that!
Staff were friendly and professional. There was no wait and was in and out fairly quickly. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was great for an office
I think they genuinely try their best and are a good practice but unfortunately if they’re busy it seems like details can be forgotten. The doctor mentioned sending a medication in four days ago, and I called every day after trying to get it sent in. Today they sent it in but it’s too late, now I have an ear infection. Otherwise when it’s not busy they’re pretty good
Great experience all around. I was able to make an appointment and fill out all of the needed paperwork before we got there. We waited less than ten minutes. The nurse was kind and efficient and the nurse practitioner we saw, Amy Hull, was great. She was great with my son and explained everything well to both him and myself. I also like that this is a facility associated with bon secours in Greenwood.
Worst customer service. They say book online, and come when you are #5, I did that and was told they do not reserve spots and there would be an over 2 hour wait. When I showed the receptionist the webpage where it says to book your spot, she repeated, we don't do that here and it says that on the door. If you CAN"T reserve your spot, DON"T tell people you do.
I left and went to the other urgent care just down the road and got seen almost immediately. The staff were very helpful and kind, as I expected. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! RUDE STAFF AND LIES ON THE WEBSITE
Everything was smooth all the way up to my xray . Once I got my xray somebody came in asked what pharmacy I use closed the door then come back with discharge papers and two prescriptions not know what’s wrong with me or what the doctor or PA even said.
The lady at the front desk was very rude, and had the worst demeanor. Refused to see my son because I didn’t have his insurance policy number and told me I would have to pay money upfront the day of if he wanted to be seen, even though he was just seen a couple days prior and was told to come back if he’s not getting better. Needless to say, we left unseen, and will never be back. The worst Urgent care visit I’ve ever had!
