Horrible Experience. Urgent Care opens at 8am, I was there when they unlocked their doors, checked in and waited for over 1 1/2 hours with a completely empty waiting room and was not seen. Finally got frustrated with the long wait and walked out. Showed no respect for my well being or the time that had passed whatsoever. Very unprofessional, misleading, and inconsiderate, Highly advise you seek treatment elsewhere if you value your time, money, and overall health.

Set up an appointment the night before for 9 am got there at 8:30 quickly took $195 dollars asked for a refund around 10 am was told the manager was out for a bit. Around 10:30 I was called back in the mean time I was trying to keep a 2 year old with a ear infection quit to which to my surprise stayed quit for the most part wouldn’t recommend nor would I waste time doing the check in online it’s 1st come 1st served basis that would be wonderful if they stated that online thanks
Came in for an x-ray for my daughter’s foot and waited 4.5 hrs to get her in!! Service was supper slow!!!! A/C in the waiting room was not working! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there and will not come back there myself!!! There’s EmergencyMD a couple blacks away, spacious and newly remodeled and they take Medicaid, was recommended to go there with minimal wait! I would recommend everyone to go there.. and stay away from AFC in Boiling Springs..!
Staff, Dr... etc is nice and helpable.
But, that new way of checking is not.
I shared what the receptionist if ones come in sicker and feeling bad worse than me, you don't feel like doing all that.
There was a momma there with a baby trying to maneuver. There was a mom there with a special need child. She had to stay on the phone more than necessary for all that. If something works, why you have to change?
The receptionist even said checking in at the desk and paper is less hassle.
Too, some older ones still have a flip phone. Consider putting the other way back. Thanks.
A bit of a wait but worth the staff and their professionalism. As a single mom of 4 I appreciate this office always taking great care of us all!
I had seen Amanda Leonard NP and Alexis Anastasia.. They were both so caring and nice! They listened to my concerns! Very friendly staff! Very short wait time! Well worth it! I would definitely return to this place if needed! Thanks Amanda and Alexis!
I did not schedule my visit. I was there for a new employment clearance.. they were very helpful. I supposed to go back on Monday to finish the whole process.. I appreciate the way they work and how they went up and beyond to take care of the whole visit
