Omg! I love this place because of the people who work there. They are so helpful and fun. They make you feel safe and comfortable.
They work as fast as they possibly can to get you in and out with a solution to any problem. I enjoy them every time. They go out of their way to cater to their patients. I have been choosing them for years and they are the best. Today I went for my little girl and this day was made the best 9/19/20 . ????????????
I scheduled the appointment and did the paperwork online, which was a great option that expedited the process. The clerical staff was first- rate, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The medical staff was also very pleasant and demonstrated competence and confidence. Dr. Stern was very patient, professional and obviously a quick study. She quickly processed the information and explained her differential diagnosis plainly and fully. In and out with 30 minutes. I rate this facility and its personnel very highly and recommend it without reservation.
Woke up on Monday;(severely congested, ear pain and laryngitis), worse than Saturday, so I felt a visit was in order. The scheduling process was easy. The staff were kind as always. I was in and out in just under an hour. This was after being tested for COVID and the Flu. I would highly recommend this facility.
Fast and friendly service. I recommend AFC Urgent Care facility to anyone who needs immediate attention. Courteous staff. The nurse practitioner explained my symptoms to me and two different ways of treatment. I was pleased with her concern and the fact that she explained both forms of treatment.
Absolutely exceptional! Upon arriving, I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork, only scan a QR code with my phone and take a picture of my license and insurance card. I was seen within 30 minutes, the staff and nurse practitioner were so sweet and wonderful. In and out in less than an hour. Fantastic experience, I will definitely be returning!
The nurses were rude and lied to the physician saying I refused testing for my baby when they never asked me! Then when I said the nurse never asked and I did not tell her that . I asked that same nurse and she said she never said that the physician and nurse were talking bad about me outside my door I could hear them clear as day but the manager lady was a Saint she was very nice and kind and understanding
My experience with AFC Urgent Care was exceptional. The online check-in process was fast and easy. The staff, Courtney and Andrea, who took care of me were kind and attentive to my concerns. They are excellent providers with minimal wait time!
This place is amazing, I always enjoy the convenience of the place. Always clean, the staff is amazing. Especially Shay, she took care of my little boy with a smile today. A friendly environment and encounter at 8am make your day that much better. I may have to fake an injury just for a reason to go back.
