Horrible. Inefficient. I made an appt for an ekg. Clueless. I waited for well over an hour before being called back. The ‘helper’ not the np was clueless. Asked for my insurance card. I gave it. Then she said I had a $75 co/pay. She charged me that. I then asked what the self pay was. She said $75. I said, then dont use my insurance. She said too late! What?! Exceedingly unprofessional, couldn’t-care-less-attitude. No semblance of order or recognition of APPOINTMENTS.. Ridiculous. I would never never ever go there agian. I would have to be unconscious. The NP Brenda, was the only shining light. If it were not for her, the helper would still be trying to figure out how to do an EKG and I would have been long gone. TIME SUCK
Couldn't get an appointment with my primary physician. Scheduled online for same day, was seen in and out in an hour. Provider was wonderful, knowledgeable with great bedside manner. Shay, the nurse, gave the most pain free steroid and antibiotic shot I've ever received. And I've had lots. Would definitely recommend!!!
The Medical Assistant and the NP was awesome and friendly. They attitude was both welcoming and friendly. The NP is amazing she has detail to attention and explains everything before hand. If I need any other services I definitely will be coming back just to see her. She is awesome.
Took my niece to have an injury to her foot looked at. All of the staff were very kind and personable. They got us in and out quickly during the last hour they were open and called promptly the next morning with the x-ray results. Would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in Baytown or the surrounding areas!
I was not feeling very good when I came into the office on Monday. The entire staff from checkin to meeting with the doc was amazing. I returned on Friday for a follow up and the staff in this office is amazing. They are all very friendly, and helpful. They answered my questions easily and clearly. I felt valued as a person here. I so, appreciate their kindness a professionalism. I will recommend this office to anyone who needs immediate health care.
Everything went very quickly considering I was a walk in. The place was clean and all staff was nice. Lady who took my vitals was really sweet and the PA / NP (Kelli I think her name was) , she was really compassionate. Thank you for such good care.
It was a great place to get my dot physical at . I did a walk end . They took care of my need. There was a attendance there she is a little loud person and funny made my day. Brenda was the physician ,all so very considered and kind. The other two ladies where also nice .
Amazing and caring staff. Was in and out super quick. NP was very knowledgeable and thorough and I appreciated the welcome attitude. Other clinics I've been in felt like you were burdensome by being there.
Highly recommend if you need quick care without an ER visit!
