I was desperately trying to find an urgent care in the late evening hours on a Monday and was told they couldn’t see me tonight at med express, and they recommended trying AFC Urgent Care. AFC first took me back in 15 minutes here despite several other patients and every single person working here was so kind to us, even late on a miserable night. Katie the medical assistant and Gabby the PA got me taken care of extremely quickly but with great care. Even when I called back to double check where they had sent my prescription (my fault really, I was so sick I didn’t know which way was up) they were so kind on the phone. Thank you to everyone at AFC for being so kind and providing great care quickly.
Cindy, wow. The professional care and interest she takes in her patients is second to none. She's worth the world and then some. The entire team was a delight from top to bottom. They took a vested interest from the sign in process on. I truly felt cared for and would recommend this location to anyone I cared about.
I can’t say enough about the urgent care in Aston. I had a dental infection and was told by my dentist that I’d have to wait till Monday to be seen. No script for antibiotics. I was in pain. So I thought maybe urgent care will help me. I was in and out of thee on a Friday night! They were caring efficient and smart. Thank you so much!
They have always taken such great care of my son and I. When my Doctor is not open or my sons, we go here. The Doctors are friendly and caring. The Nurses and front desk are extremely kind as well. They don't make you wait long either. They definitely do a fantastic job. Thank you for everything. You all are greatly appreciated.
I've come to this clinic twice now as it's the closest urgent care to me and both experiences have been great. The staff is friendly even when they are swamped, the facility is clean and professional, and the visits and prescriptions have gone without a hitch; highly recommend.
Went to take my son to be seen. The service was great. Was seen very fast. Everything was explained and you can tell they care about the patients. Have been here several time. Would definitely recommend this place. Again the staff is amazing ????????
3 hour wait until as saw the nurse practitioner. She was very friendly and good with my son. She was in the room maybe 2 minutes. Then we had to wait another 45 minutes for the medical assistant to work on my son. I wont be back. Hopefully if i ever need urgent care again MedExpress has a practitioner on staff because no matter what i wont be back here.
I had a great experience, as soon as I sat down after signing in they called me back. The nurse and the nurse practitioner, we're awesome. The secretary was also very helpful. Highly recommend this urgent care on Pennell road.
