I was a member at Grant and have recently joined the Feasterville club. I love it! I have been working with Drew Timins and Jillian Foley and they are terrific. I like that Drew pushes me in my workouts with him and Jillian has great ideas on how to eat healthier but not feel deprived. The staff and teachers I have encountered are excellent too! I would highly recommend AFC Fitness!
Amazing gym overall. Genuinely nice staff always down to talk and laugh with you, especially the personal trainers I have not meet more nice and approachable people at any other gym. The regulars are just as awesome no matter what age you are you will 100% find a group of friends who go at the same time as you and bond with them. Amazing facilities, clean locker rooms, nice pool, spa grade sauna and steam room, more equipment than I know what to do with. 10/10 gym I have never been to a better place would highly recommend.
The overall experience deserves 1 star. Initially I signed up with them because of close proximity to my home. The gym itself and the equipment is very old. The membership is very overpriced. The atmosphere is really depressing, the staff is making an effort to be polite, however they really don’t care about members. I had to put my membership on hold due to pregnancy complications and they took it off the hold after 6 months without notice and billed me monthly membership fee plus the anual fee. When I came to cancel my membership all I was told is they don’t have a policy that they should notify me of anything and that everything is in the contract that I signed when I became a member. I decided to just cancel and I lost all the money they charge for nothing. Just heads up in case you are thinking about signing up with them. Please find yourself a better gym.
I have read through several of these reviews and I have to say that I do not agree with them. The customer service at AFC is fabulous and the team does everything feasibly possible to accommodate their members. There are so many classes offered that I do not know which to take. I have belonged to several gyms, and this ones beats the others by far.
The housekeeping staff is friendly and the locker rooms are always clean.
I've been a member for 10 years. The staff here is incredibly friendly from Andrew in the membership office to the cleaning staff. John W. Chair yoga class is a must try class. You will not leave disappointed!
The indoor walking track is great, no worrying about the weather outside. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out.
I don't offen take the time to do reviews, but I think it's important to do, when you have a strong passion or belief in something. I joined AFC Fitness because my boyfriend has been a member for years. I love and enjoy yoga and a variety of other classes. When I found out that all instructor led classes are included in the rate, even spin classes, I realized that you get a lot for the price. The staff is friendly, accommodating and compassionate. I couldn't ask for more.
I have been a member now for some time, and I wanted to say that my experience is just as positive as it was when I joined. The staff is great and very welcoming. I highly recommend this gym.
I’ve been in this gym for about 5 years and I always liked it. The staff are super nice and welcoming to everybody. I have a good relationship with the management there is always a positive energy when I walk in this building. The personal trainers are amazing as well all really doing a great job and the gym is clean and well taken care off. I personally know Anthony who recently started working here and he’s making sure everything is good. Amanda is somebody I’ve known for couple years now and she helped my friend to sign up for this gym through the application and explained everything in details. I know Bob, Scott, drew, sherry, Andy, brandy, and I don’t know all of their names but they are all just super awesome. I definitely recommend going to this gym it’s so worth it and I can proudly say that AFC is my second home without a doubt
