A bit dated, but that should be expected given the price. Don't expect a 5 star resort for this pricing. The room was clean and had everything I could want. The location was great and the service was even better. The breakfast is very minimal, but it is better than nothing and I really just wanted coffee anyways. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm in the area!
The motel service was amazing, the front desk was very helpful and very respectful on 11/20/24. I hope the lady on night shift and the gentleman on swing get acknowledgement. They have no idea how wonderful they made my daughter and my night!! ???? People like them impact without their knowledge, Thank you and will stay again. Wolfe
Great location on the main road, an old hotel but clean and does not smell. Barbie was super friendly and helpful during the check in and also the gentleman for checkout. Rates are the best, but please don't expect luxury. The breakfast is basic but again the best bang for your buck.
Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Have stayed at two others in Kalispell and this by far was superior. Rooms were very clean, bathtub clean enough to bath in! Beds comfy! Not a 5 star but clean and comfortable. Did not use the pool or hot tub to comment on. Did not stay to eat the breakfast either.
This place is a great little place to stay. It's a little dated, but for the price and convenient location, I highly recommend it. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful when giving tips for Glacier Natl Park. The rooms were very clean, and any time we needed anything, we were given it. The continental breakfast was very basic, but was easy to just grab and go. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Positive: Staff was very nice! Felt very safe. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Negative: Air conditioning was the loudest I?ve ever heard. If you are a light sleeper this will 100% keep you awake. No elevator if you?re staying on the second floor. Very limited breakfast in the morning, mostly cereal and bagels.
My Dad and I were traveling for a family vacation. We wanted to stay close to Glacier National Park. We were looking for a handicapped room with 2 queen beds. I called and spoke to Barbie. She was AMAZING. She got us a great room with comfortable beds and a handicapped shower for my dad. She went above and beyond to help us out, and she was so kind and caring. I definitely recommend this hotel. It was just what we were looking for. Shout-out to Barbie for helping make our visit to Glacier National Park a little bit easier.
The room felt stale with dated upholstery and not a lot of ventilation. The AC was loud and the old central air vents was completely clogged with dust. The same for the exhaust fan in the bathroom as well. Beds were decent with clean and fresh linen. Complementary breakfast was limited. Reminds me of Motel 6. Only good value if under $100. We paid more than twice that. Has a pool that we didn't use so no comment.
