They had a few emergencies while I was here but the wait time still wasn't horrible. Everybody was very nice, I really liked the doc I saw. He ordered x-rays & the tech brought me back to my original exam room & now I'm waiting a little longer to see what the doc thinks. I got here at 3:15 & it's now 5:45. He's been back in & is writing me a prescription so I believe I will be out by 6! Not bad if you ask me!
I have been to many advocate clinics but this was the worst experiences I have ever had the front desk people are so nasty and so unprofessional there coutomer service is the worst experience. Even the nurses are so unprofessional. I couldn't believe what I had walked into. For this place to be in Olympia Fields it's a disgrace that this is happening. I will never go back again and will pass the word alone to others. This place needs a customer service class. And new workers. Advocate always post that there on great coutomer service and how there treatment is for there patients if you want to see g good customer service go to Chicago. The people are very welcoming their customer service is great they greet you and a wonderful way smiles and joy.
Positive Staff & Helpful. 7pm visit and upon arrival was seen in minutes. The Doctor and his assistant listened to my Issues and were very clear in explaining things.

I saw Nurse Practitioner Michael he was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand, and then I saw Sarah the X ray tech she was excellent got me in and out in a matter of minutes my overall experience with Advocates urgent care was excellent from checking in to checking out everyone was very helpful and efficient.
My September 15, 2024 visit gets zero stars! I’ve been coming to this facility for over 16 years and never felt as disrespected as I did on this day. If you ever need to go to this facility and Kimberly Wicks, CNP is the person you will be seen by, do yourself a favor and leave (run) and find you a different facility.
I have been to this facility twice in the last year, and everyone is always kind and efficient. I've never had to wait long and I appreciate the care and advice I've received. Highly recommend.
My first time visiting this location Advocate Urgent Care in Olympia Fields. I can say I am very satisfied with my experience. From registration down to seeing the doctor very pleasant experience. My wait time wasn't long at all. Will use this location again and I recommend you use it if you have to.
Great service staff was great but urgent care is under staffed. Waited over an hour to be seen.
