We had a wonderful stay. The room was surprisingly large, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Designated parking right outside the door was great for loading and unloading. Other reviews complained about noise but I thought it was quieter at night than most other places I have stayed. The price was just right (especially as opposed to all the other way over priced places in town). Very short walk downtown, and a right turn out of the parking lot to get to the majority of parks and biking spots, so that was very nice. If we come back we will definitely stay here again.
Clean room, good location. Only two issues were the fact it was hot in the room... Like really hot (which the husband fixed) and being woken up by kids screaming around 2:45 a.m. for a little bit messing around.
Good location, great breakfast. Looks modern and clean on the one hand, but if you looked closer, the room was not really. Maid service was very poor, no cleaning - only changed towels and took out the trash - no new coffee utensils the next day. Disappointing. Still 3 stars because of the good price I paid.
Nice and clean room. Parking spot was little bit off from the room as we had a corner room. One big disappointment was the shower. To set the correct temp of the water - you must obtain the engineering bachelor's degree (fortunately I have one :D). The positives: I felt safe, good breakfast (more than just continental bf), location at the main street of Moab.
There is not sufficient staff for the hotel. I waited at your front desk for 30 minutes to speak to someone and no one came. I asked a cleaning employee when y'all might be back and she looked at me and walked out and closed the door in my face
Editing my review down further after reading your reply. There actually was no sign up saying to call, you left that face down on your desk and forgot to set it. However, I did call anyways, and sat on hold waiting for a response the entire time I was standing there. I like that you didn't address the employee closing the door in my face as I asked a question either. Great showcase of the customer service at the property.
If all you need is a bed, this is the place. Bed and pillows are comfy. Rooms are small, a tribute to the time it was built in its hayday. No grab bars in the shower in our room. Nice people.
THIS PLACE HAS NO RUNNING WATER
No water = no safety during a fire / no way to get clean or even use the bathroom
They front desk lied to me several times about getting a refund. Stay anywhere else!

They are lying in the comment below. There was no full refund or payment for an alternative hotel. Getting a payment back for the remaining days I was not willing to stay (in a waterless lodging) was a huge task in itself. DJ is unresponsive & Manny is a complete headache. Horrible experience.
It’s just so comfortable. Beds pillows-feels like home. Better than any 5 star. And like everyone says-they are so nice. ||Let us know we left a light on in our car, offered snacks when we got in late from the kitchen.||Free breakfast-we tried my new favorite fruit. Just so so lovely.
