I truly enjoyed the doctor I saw and the nurse who originally helped me. The checkin process was standard and I didn’t wait too long, and getting a time slot wasn’t difficult. But the doctor and the nurse were remarkable and I really appreciated both of them. Highly recommended.
I have always had great experiences with this establishment. The receptionist are always courteous and kind. The wonderful lady who took my vitals was kind and listened politely. However the nurse walked into the room in a huff reviewing my file and said without looking at me " you appear to have been seen at the ER yesterday and they did a thorough work up do what do you expect me to and why are you here?"
She continued to not look at me as I told her the ER told me to be seen if the pain wasn't gone. She again repeats that I was already seen and without looking at me and without talking to me she writes me up a prescription for muscle relaxers and put me on light duty work without asking me a single question about how I was feeling. She was rude, impersonal, mean and lacked any professional attitude. I will never ever have that woman see me again. I give her 0 stars. The rest of the establishment gets a five. My heart goes out to anyone seen by her. She had me in extreme tears.
Dropped in on a Saturday afternoon to the Urgent Care in Sandy, OR after my pharmacist recommended I do so. Traffic at the facility was light and I was in to see the nurse (Hillary) almost immediately. After she had collected all she needed including the taking of a urine sample, I waited a brief period of time before the doc on duty (Liz) came in. After a brief but thoughtfully thorough consult which included the reading of the urine sample information, she diagnosed the problem with the suggested treatment, and then sent me to the local pharmacy for a prescription for antibiotics.
The three people I met were professional, friendly, and ultimately very helpful. I am very grateful for their compassionate care. I would recommend anyone in the area to their facility.
This Urgent Care Clinic has the most friendly and caring staff. My wait was not long. My symptoms were new to me and somewhat difficult for me to describe. My wonderful Provider was patient and asked lots of questions. She diagnosed the situation. Although the diagnosis is quite alarming and worrisome to me at least I know what the issue is. I highly recommend this clinic.
The staff at Adventist in Sandy are always really friendly. I love that my provider always makes me feel comfortable and explains things to me thoroughly in a way that I understand. It’s always easy to make an appointment the same day, and when I do come in for my appointment I’ve never had to wait long. I always go here when making an appointment with my PCP would take too long. (:
I can't say enough about how great everyone was. They helped me when no one else was able to. I was in bad shape needed help urgently. 3 little kids and only a few hours to be seen or else I would have had to take them with me. All other urgent care facilities were booked out many hours. I called they said come in. The lady on the phone was great..the lady who checked me in was absolutely awesome, the 2 doctors were amazing the xray lady was really sweet. I felt like everyone cared for me soo much. I was definitely needing to be treat but I didn't know what for. They took really good care of me. I feel so much better tonight. Better that I have felt in a long time. May God bless everyone in this clinic. Thank you for seeing me and helping me feel better so I can get back taking care of my family.
Wow! Great care and Treatment!! my practitioner even stayed after hours to call me my results! That’s special touch you don’t get any more!!
I felt really grateful that the urgent care clinic was open on Sunday and able to see me on short notice when I was having breathing issues. I felt that both the nurse and doctor listened intently to my symptoms and concerns and were so patient when answering my questions.
