Receptionist scheduled me for 1245 appointment on a Tuesday told me to come 15 minutes early and I asked, so does that mean, at 12:30 they replied yes, got here and lights are off doors unlocked, and as soon as the receptionist came in they blame someone for letting everybody in Because the door was supposed to be locked, receptionist is rude doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s doing. She is very elderly. I would honestly change doctors or never come here. If you get the opportunity because they are trash doctor still hasn’t come to see me and it’s 1 o’clock.
Got here 8.27. Same kind of situation… I arrived 3 minutes before my appointment only to be told I will be skipped in line and seen later because I am late… they told me to be here at 8:50 but my appointment doesn’t start until 9:05 I got here at 8:59 and checked in after someone and was told I will have to wait…. If this happened one more time I’m switching locations
Extremely rude!!!!!! Receptionist checking me in was incredibly rude. While sitting here in waiting room couldn’t help but over hear the receptionist for urgent care on the phone. She’s incredibly rude. Yelling more like it. Felt bad for anyone on the other line every time she answered the phone. If you don’t mind waiting 2 hours to be seen with very unprofessional mannered staff….. sure. NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN! Only here cause this is where work has sent me for a routine drug screening.
Don't know what all the complaints are. I've been here twice to be treated for acute asthma attacks. I was seen almost immediately both times. Got exactly the care I needed.
I used to be a patient here, for like 3 years, and i begged them to test me for different health conditions because I knew something was wrong with me. I saw a primary, urgent care and even the emergency room multiple times and nothing was ever done. They all refused said I was healthy because my vitamins where normal. Fast forward maybe 6 months later after this interaction happened on multiple occasions. I was sent to the emergency room at ohsu for an emergency surgery, i had endometriosis and 2 ovarian cyst, this lead me to meet me current primary doctor who works for ohsu too. She took me seriously and tested me for multiple conditions and referred me to specialists. Guess what I also had a muscularskeletal disorder called fibromyalgia. Thats 3 conditions that advantist dismissed, and I need medication for all 3 conditions????
Dr Scribner lost me a lot of time, complicated my life significantly, and lost me thousands of dollars in fees and costs because he didn’t read a paper before signing it, and submitted unnecessary and inaccurate information. He eventually helped although was reticent to do so until I jumped through a number of hoops and never apologized. To top it off, he was unwilling to reorder his colleague’s basic lab work after his colleague left. Very disappointed with the office call wait times too over the past few years. I would not recommend getting primary care here.
The MA’s were always nice though, as were the front office staff when I was able to get through.
I've been going here for about 1 year now and I've had 2 visits with the doctor I picked he's gone now. All other interactions with the staff have only to call and ask why my pharmacy can't get a response to simply refill my prescriptions. They're phone recording says to contact pharmacy but if they don't refill the prescriptions the pharmacy can't do anything about it. I'm finding a new doctors office I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
I find the staff to be pleasant and welcoming. Dr Kim is very kind and professional. I could not ask for better care. He is a great listener. His office assistant is also amazing. The wait time on the phone is sometimes very lengthy but otherwise a great experience.
Our PCP left, it took almost 4 months for them to get us an appointment with the new provider. Then they won't schedule my child also, even though she needs a vaccine for school. They just transferred my call to the urgent care, knowing that urgent care won't do a vaccine. Then they turned off their phones and are sending all calls to the answering service, even though I literally talked to them 30 seconds before.
