I took my brother into the emergency room for returning for the same issue catheter / stoma bag he was/is having at 10:00AM the emergency room staff didn’t call him back until 11:00 Am. & we didn’t leave until approximately 1:00 pm. Also when the doctor turns a patient lose it would be great if he/ she would tell the patient contact their doctor or least give them the name of urologist to call to set up an appointment. The 2 old men in my family wait to be called by a doctor’s office to make an appointment. They never take upon themselves to find a doctor & make appointment.
My 76 year old husband, Tim, was admitted after a fall to make sure nothing was broken and that he was generally okay. All of the staff were caring, efficient and thorough. Thank you.
Don't care for it at all really. I would rather talk to a live, breathing individual! I suppose it's the future but as for me and my home, We prefer old school. Talking and communicating with humans NOT virtually or with a computer. I'm not saying I or we don't use a cell phone or anything cause we do.

Amazing people, the nurses were extremely helpful and kind. They got me out very quickly with a broken foot! 10/10 experience I highly recommend going here!
Unfortunately my experience with this hospital has been terrible. When a physician tells me to go online and purchase my antibiotic because he will not prescribe me any as he’s not one of these other western medicine drs, is against all practical medicine. Please note I spoke with the charge nurse and she has stated she will be filing a report of what took place. I will also be seeking medical outside of the county to better my health. Unfortunately this Dr should not be practicing medicine in a hospital, this is coming from someone who worked in medicine for 16yrs! I wasn’t there asking for pain meds or anything of that sort, simply needing to get this infection taken care of. Discharge papers were also falsified by the Dr, as it states I was there for one condition when that was not even my reasoning for seeking care.
Recently had to stay 2 nights at the sleep lab. Both Desiree and Macy made my stay much more comfortable and walked me through the whole process so I was not nervous. I would however recommend bringing your own pillow ????
Was told to get there at 8:00am
Was then told appointment was scheduled for 9:30-11:20. Was treated very well by the nursing staff. They even commented on how long it was taking. I sat in pre op bed until 12:00 o’clock and didn’t get to our car until 3pm post op. Having no water or food since 8:30 the night before!! I don’t have issues with the actual one on one care I received but this hospital really needs to figure out their schedules, not to mention every pre op appointments I had called me in an hour late and my original surgery got cancelled and moved a month later because of scheduling complications. I am not one to write reviews but people need to know to be diligent with the schedule and their valuable time. The longer you sit in a hospital the more it cost…? Right? Feel like we will be getting a huge bull when most of the time was waiting.
I went to radiology for an ultrasound. Great care. Everyone was kind and reassuring. Staff interacted with me as not just a client but also as a person. Very happy 5/5 would highly recommend.
