Been going to this clinic over 10 years and this is the last straw with them. Already had to change my appointment because of their error. Explicitly told them I need this appointment for my daughter to get her shots so she could start school. Went in, checked in, paid 113$ out of pocket just for them to take us in the exam room and tell me they are out of the shot she needs! Utterly ridiculous. I already had to change my work schedule just to come. I will be changing my health care provider because I’m sick of this clinic. At other times I’ve come the ladies in the front desk are rude and have zero customer service. Surprisingly enough they were nice today . I just don’t recommend this place at all.
Every person in this clinic is awesome our pcm is so personable and listens. Dell did amazing and was super attentive when my daughter almost passed out getting her blood drawn and was with her till she regain total consciousness (she hadn't eaten since the night before that was my fault) she is fast and my daughter didn't even feel the needle...post draw and getting results Cathrine is great also she is going above and beyond to get what I need instead of just saying you'll get it when your pcm is done with it... Good job guys I definitely picked the right clinic to switch my kids to after them going to the same person since they were born and my oldest is about to be 17
Dr. Dale has become my family doctor and I am so glad I made that choice. This is the first doctor that I felt like actually wanted to help me vs kicking me out the door hurrying to the next patient. I feel like I am in the best hands! Thank you Dr. Dale
I sure miss Mr Montgomery. Everything was a little faster when you have tests done and he sure was taking his time listen and explaining everything to you. Now it seems it's all about money .and quick quick out again. Sometimes it feels like it is an inconvenience the way some talk to you at your appointment. At the front desk there need to take those headphones off so they can hear the patients. This clinic is not the same as it used to be where patients feel the physician care.
They are so nice at this clinic and the wait time is normally minimal. I appreciate that they listen to my concerns and talk through options with me.
Was able to get my daughter a same day appointment with Rich and he was absolutely amazing. Had my daughter laughing and giggling. First time seeing him but now my daughter doesn't want to see anyone else. All the staff are amazing as well.
I love all of the staff here they are so nice to my 3 kids! The front desk ladies are the best! They are so genuine and funny! And all of the doctors I’ve seen have been very thorough and great. I have nothing bad to say. They always do their best to fit us in and they stay busy. Thank you advent health in Cove!
The ladies in the lab need to get it together. First it was $1100, then it was $300, then it was $900, now it's $500. There's no reason for all this jumping around trash.
