Waited almost 2 hours after my appt time before finally seeing the doctor. I told Dr Sarkissian I was having such bad anxiety that it was severely affecting my daily life. He told me a story about a girl who contracted some sort of disease and had to have both her legs amputated, but this girl was still a happy and positive person. His conclusion was that because this girl with no legs did not have anxiety, therefore I could not either. He provided no solution for my crippling anxiety besides basically saying “toughen up”.
I immediately left and called another facility and was set up with anxiety meds and a therapist by the next week.
Advantage Care and Dr Sarkissian are a joke. Don’t waste your time.

Should be using language line or at least learning conversational Spanish. Every time I come here I have to hear a patients name and their medical information. Training is needed
The facility has terrible service. You will wait an hour or more to be called to the exam room. Then you will wait another 30 to 40 minutes before thr doctor to see you. This type of service is disrespectful and I will be looking for another medical group.
Tardiness is no joke. Do not call back a major issue. Takes very long to get connected with the doctor. The people who answer don't know absolutely nothing about the office, completely a call center. My first visit and after I tried contacting their office.
They aren’t as professional especially with scheduling people. I had an appointment at 11am I came at 10:40 am. The nurse took me in to check my vitals at 12 and I didn’t see a doctor until 1pm all because they don’t have enough rooms or space and they overbook clients so everyone schedules are conflicting. Just pick a different AdvantageCare location. They have poor communication
I have been a client of this location since 2015. It’s in a good location, easy to get to. It’s always been a pleasurable experience when visiting my doctors or doing Lab work. The receptionists are cordial, and very helpful, but most of all my Primary Care Physician is wonderful as well as my Cardiologist and I was referred to the Optometrist and she was excellent as well. The majority of times I have visited the waiting times to get called into the Doctors office were quick, usually within 5-10 minutes. Occasionally it was busy and I waited a little longer but nothing astronomical. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I receive at this location.
Full of incompetent doctors. Had bloodwork done a week ago, can’t even get a doctor to call you back with the results. Doctors says they will call in a prescription, and nothing. I go in for a complete physical, they tell me bloodwork is done separately and has to be scheduled differently. Just an all around bad experience and I never leave negative reviews, never have to.
If I could give this place 0 I would. All these rules and stipulations over appointment and appointment times and they waste your time… nobody follows up or keeps you updated. They don’t care if you have work or any other engagements. Staff could care less and DR just say take it up with outfront when you express the inconvenience. This will be my last time ever conducting business with them because I deserve better treatment. There is no way ppl should be in this building over 2 hrs for a simple general check up especially if I turn up the 15 before appointment and prepared as asked.
