Today 09/10/2024 we are here at the Advantage care office my son appointment was at 3:15pm and we are on the line from 3:05pm. There was long line by the time we approached to the front desk reception she send me to another desk to check in now it is 3:20pm this female receptionist is telling me that “its is late doctor will not be able to see your son.” First I told her that I was waiting on the line as you still see the long line then I was requesting her that could you please asked Doctor because my son stepped on piece of glass and it is inside his feet. So the receptionist went to inside to asked doctor unfortunately the doctor refused to see my son because it’s late and now it is after 3:24pm. I was not believing today’s experience that How can a doctor refuse to see just because late while knowing that my son need help. Anyway I just wanted Thank you. From now I moved to Different Doctor office for all my kids need.

The only reason I give this place a 4 star is because my kids see doctor Beharry, she’s very nice and does her job. On the other had one of my kid see doctor Odeyale we got a referral since December 2023 and still waiting for his staff to fax the office report that was requested, to this day nobody did as it was requested by the prosthetic lab and myself . This doctor staff are complete useless. I do not recommend them!!!
LONG WAIT!!!! STAFF HAVE YOU SITTING THERE WITHOUT GIVING U AN UPDATED. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY AND STILL I WAS WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR! WHEN YOU ASKED THE DESK FOR UPDATE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE NICE THE BACK DESK THEYRE TIRED WORKING THERE I GUESS. LACKADAISICAL!
If you’re looking for genuine and quick care, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. This used to be a good office, I’ve been going here for years, recently they took the lab out of this location and now to get a bloodwork u need to take a different day off of work to go to a lab, then you have to make another appointment to see the doctor after they get the lab results. It’s inconvenient and costs time that you can be working or going to school. Will never be coming back here, these people are criminals.
I do not recommend Dr. Toniann Stone! I’ve had two appointments scheduled at this location to see Dr. Stone and both times on the day of the appointment, the office called to cancel the appointment saying the Dr is cancelling. I even took the day off work to attend these appointments and this entire interaction was just unprofessional and a waste of my time. So I advise you, if you value your time, schedule wisely.
Please DONT go to this office especially to see Dr. Stone . I went there because I wasn’t well and the first time the doctor was absent and the second time the doctor was VERY nasty to me and had me waiting in a room for over 2 hours and in tears I walk out and went to the administrator I made a complaint and the administrator promised to get back to me, but never did. Dr. Stone was very VERY nasty and unprofessional and even told me why did I come here. Please if you are sick or unwell go to another location. They even book me absent from the Office visits like I wasn’t there when I complained but I have evidence I was there . I would not like for someone to go through what I experienced at that office.
I am trying a new Doctor at this facility. The last one was horrible!!! This medical facility needs a good overhaul. My last attempt. Why I still go there? Convenience! Again, my last attempt as my health is more important than convenience.
Had an appointment at 9:15 at 11am I was still sitting waiting.
This place used to be really nice years ago you never had such long waiting time.
Since everything changed it's one of the worst advantage care locations
