Don’t come HERE! I never understood why I was so resentful of this building but after my 1ST appt with Physicians assistant Kera Thomas i TOTALLY understand now. She’s DISGUSTING ! Worse part i didn’t know she was her prior to my appt and when i seen her I didn’t like her interaction with the patients or Staff. I was being seen by the nurse and she was rude to her OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR. The thing that bothers me THE MOST is she DRAGGED her feet into the room AND told me I was interrupting her lunch break with my appt. IDK if she thought was funny ( I didn’t laugh and neither did she). But I PROMISE YOU! God be the glory for patience. They don’t teach bedside manner in school for doctors apparently but she’s a Physicians assistant so clearly there’s more to learn. I had to see her for a referral for MY PODIATRIST which I didn’t get just a referral to the doctor SHE wanted me to see. I UNFORTUNATELY have to see her again! For my results and I’m currently going on hour 2! Waiting to see the Dr for my appointment she referred me to.. I’ve been here since 2:20 there is 3ppl ahead of me & my appt was at 2:30. DONT COME HERE!
Edit: it 5:18 I finally seen the doctor he told me I was LYING about the pain AND WHAT I WAS REQUESTING WASNT NEEDED- his name is Lawrence Daniel.

Only reason for three stars because my daughter goes her and the pediatric side is great! Dr Sak-River is great! Communication is great! I can message and get a response within the 48 hours!! Sometimes a couple of minutes later!! I give pediatrics 5 stars!
Internal Medicine side is great as well! Never had encounter any rude staff. It's just when trying to get in touch with my PCP( Dr. Hunter Very nice lady inform her of my concerns and usually ends in a referral to see what's going on.) it's not the best! I know places has been understaff etc., however when messaging I give them up to 48 hours to respond as stated when messaging! It be days turning into weeks before any response!!! There are nurses that will message for the doctor as well, but I barely get that! It's been a time the dr respond to me but then the nurse responds days later after the dr with the same info copied and pasted to me. I have sence attitude from nurses(that's why I rather speak in person) of given the dr a few minutes to check results but it's been days that I'm reaching back out after I'm told just a few minutes!! I give ample time, because it's a doctor's office and it can be hectic. At the same time the communication sucks when trying to message on the app( internal medicine only, I don't have this issue with pediatrics) That's the ONLY way, because making an appointment will be months away! Lab results posted May 20 gave the Dr ample time to reach out since usually that's what they do. May 31 I message inquiring about them! June 7 message again still no response!! X ray results in Dr responds to that May 31. Results are good, however I'm concern of the lab results and still no response!!
This is the most unprofessional place ever !! Please avoid at all costs. Waited over 1 month to be seen by a cardiologist for it to be cancelled a day before now they’re telling me I have to wait another month. Read the reviews, so many ppl have dealing with this. Avoid this terrible place at all cost, find another location with better reviews & doctors !!!!
This place is so unprofessional. The call center book’s appointments and then when you arrive at the location they say they don’t see it. The wait times on the phone are horrific and patient care is not a priority. I could never get a prescription renewal through the portal. I’m so sick of this place but I tolerate them because my grandmother won’t go anywhere else. They are disgusting. If I could give no stars I would.
So im here at Advantage care on Pennsylvania and I'm sick.. they are telling me I can't be seen because I didn't make an appointment. I got sick this morning I was able to get myself up and come here and these folks are turning away sick people. No help whatsoever.. and they call themselves doctors.. horrible horrible and shameful
Love this new location better than the old one on Linden Blvd. Modern, accessible with 3 floors of parking and close to public transportation. Very comfortable and scenic.
During all of my visits, I was treated really well. They get you in and out quickly.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Lam for years and he’s one of the most professional and understanding Dr. we’ve seen. Dr. Lam really cares about the health of his patients, sometimes gets on my case for not taking better care of myself and I really appreciate that.
When doing blood work the staff are really friendly and funny at times, love talking to them.
Overall the place and staff are great, can’t ask for better service.
