Zeineb is the absolute BEST hygienist I’ve ever had! She is so sweet and really cares about the health of my teeth and giving a great experience you can tell she really cares and puts in effort. Booking all my appointments with her!
After multiple attempts over several weeks, I am still unable to talk to anyone to schedule an appointment. I never get a return phone call even though they say they will get back to you within one business day. Due to their office’s lack of communication, the tooth that needed to be extracted became infected. I had severe throbbing pain for several hours and at around 5 a.m. I drove myself to the ER. I was checked in and vitals taken, but had to leave to get ready for work. I canceled my substitute teaching assignment the next day, so I could go to the ER and not have to leave before I was seen. In all, I lost $266 in pay. Ridiculous! I was evaluated with a tooth infection and given antibiotics. I am in total shock over this! When someone did finally call me, it was only after I contacted Trillium. The rep told me someone would call me back in a few minutes. It took till the next day for a supervisor to call me. However, I was in the middle of teaching and could not talk. I requested she email me because communicating with their office is virtually impossible. I never received an email. In fact, more than once I left a message asking they please communicate with me via email or text. Of course, I received no response. I have filed complaints with Trillium and Advantage Dental and will be seeking reimbursement for loss wages in small claims court.
The hygienist is awesome.
However, every single time I have scheduled an appointment, it gets cancelled or rescheduled. Every time. Not just one time has this happened its literally been every single one. I have called no less than 10x and never get through to anyone. Maybe they will call you back but don't count on it.
If you have options to choose an office that's not advantage, I highly recommend you do, especially if you have a tight schedule
This place is horrible. I’ve had multiple appointments to have my teeth filled I have a bunch of cavities and every appt was cancelled. I call and call and call. No one answers and they won’t return your calls after leaving tons of messages. I just want my teeth fixed! Do I have to go down there just to make an appointment that they will most likely cancel???? I plan on changing to a different place asap. If you’re reading this wondering if you should go here. No you should not.
I don’t even know where to begin to start.
First, I was scheduled to have possible cavities filled, and what my options were. As I was sitting in the chair, there seem to be some confusion on which tooth was going to be treated. I overheard the Dentist and her assistant discussing the missing x-rays as she was looking in my mouth. I walked away from that appointment, believing because I was told that two teeth were treated. One of my teeth are still hurting so afterwards when I was examining my mouth, I could clearly see that only one tooth was treated. I called their office asking them to confirm what was done during that appointment and they stated the two teeth were treated. I told him that was impossible. If you did a visual inspection of the teeth that they said they treated it would be clear that only one tooth was treated and I asked them if the insurance was billed for two, they would not answer that question. They refused to give me an appointment so that they could examine my mouth to see that only one tooth was treated. I’m concerned because one of my teeth is hurting and months have gone by with me thinking that it was treated and it wasn’t. I was told the Dentist would be calling me to resolve the issue the next day and I never received that call.Second, If anyone goes to this establishment , I’m sure you will agree that it’s almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phones.Days turn into weeks and no one answers the phone. Third, I have been bounced around from Dentist after Dentist. I believe 3 or 4 in the past two years because they keep quitting or leaving for personal reason’s. Fourth ,I had one Dentist who had an obvious infection around her fake eyelashes who spent the entire time while working in my mouth talking to her assistant about her boyfriend and all her traveling through various airports. Never once did she check in on me and asked me how I was doing. She was repairing a chip tooth. She was rude an unprofessional to say the least. Fifth, another time I was receiving up to eight injections for a deep clean and the equipment broke, there was all this chaos of finding another treatment room. I was left alone in a room feeling panicked about the equipment breaking alone for almost 30 minutes. I was asked if I would like to just leave and I was like are you crazy? You just gave me 8 painful injections. Do you think I’m honestly going to repeat that again on another day? I’ve had my teeth cleaned at the Tigard location two times and both times the young lady spent a total of about 10 minutes clicking my teeth with her instrument no scraping ,no scaling , and no polIshing . Never had I’ve had such a poor hygienist experience with a teeth cleaning. She mentioned she’s the only one that they are short staffed and it took me almost 2 years to get the appointment. Keep in mind all of this is being billed to insurance and they are being paid. There’s nothing about this that seems right. I have called corporate. I have called supervisors .I’ve Reported them to insurance companies and nothing ever seems to change. I plan on reporting again . I plan on doing this in hopes that it helps the next person out there who too has experiences similar treatments or is about to.
Shame on this establishment.Shame on the people who allow this to continue to be run so poorly. Shame on the people who know that hard-working taxpayers help pay for these services and again allow it to be managed so poorly.
Staff is very friendly, but the issue is the whole company is not organized at all. They canceled my appointment without letting me know, the only reason why I was even able to come in is because another person wasn’t able to come. Completely disorganized, impossible to make appointments. But let me say this again, this isn’t necessarily a staffing issue, I’ve had positive experiences with the staff, the staff is very professional, this is more so an issue with the company as a whole.
I had a fantastic experience with Zeineb during my teeth cleaning appointment today. Her professionalism and skill made the process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!
My family and I were met with kindness and thorough explanation throughout my daughter‘s first teeth cleaning experience which was provided by the receptionist, dental hygienist and doctor.
