I want to start by saying I know that it's not the staffs fault. The women who did my fillings were very sweet. And when I said that I was nervous they asked if there was anything they could do to help. The staff is quite lovely. But the wait times are ridiculous. I had to wait 5 months to have 2 fillings put in. Mind you I had 8 total so I have 6 left. And the next time they can get me in is September of next year where they are only going to do 2 more fillings. So, I can expect all my cavities to be filled by 2027 at this rate. Like I said absolutely lovely staff, I know they are doing their best with what they have and I completely appreciate that. But a year between fillings is crazy, especially when I'm considered a "high risk" patient.
Unbelievable awesome staff and great care . Stacy the receptionist and scheduler in the office was the best and made the system very easy to navigate very informative with a high quality of service all of the staff and hygienist at this building are an exceptional team that works well with one another. They are on point and extremely prompt. Always with a smile and greeting you with a smile. When you have confident medical care care team you will have as successful and positive experience and you will leave there office with a restored smile eager to spread the word that you got your smile back at their office in coos Bay!
Both my daughter and I had appointments this past Tuesday the girls at the front when checking in and out were great! Both dental assistants and Dr. Turner were amazing! I have severe dental anxiety and I was put at ease and the work done was top notch, my 12 year old daughter had the best dental appointment ever she said she looks forward to coming back! Thank-you to all the wonderful staff you are appreciated!
Update: just met the new dentist she is sweet and amazing definitely has changed my opinion about this office.
This is the only place left in North Bend and Coos Bay that takes OHP insurance. It's sad because they have one dentist an older guy that is very rude! I have never in 50 years been treated so poorly by anyone at any business. They also in the last couple months started refusing to let parents go back with their kids. This concerns me do to the one dentist that is so rude and actually yells at patients.
The assistant and the dentist were amazing and it’s the first time I’ve ever gone to the dentist no matter what they did it wasn’t painful. They were friendly and caring. It’s nice to see that.
I was treated with such kindness & respect. Wish I'd done this years ago. For anyone avoiding the dentist because of a previous bad experience, go see these ladies.
I think both the dentist and the nurse were absolutely amazing. I would recommend this dentist to anybody it was my three year old, very first appointment and he loved it left with smiles????????????
Tech who did my x-rays was phenomenal and Dr Taylor explained my issues with an informed compassion and professionalism.
