The ladies there are great. They communicate and ask not only about you but your family as well. Dr. Okoli has been good to me as far a answering any questions i may have and keeping me up to date on anything I have an appointment for. Thank you too the team! Keep being amazing.
100% love and these people! The doctor delivered my first and he listened to my concerns and my fiance’s . Everyone including the doctor are sweet and I’m so glad I picked this place. I always have a full conversation with them and make them laugh, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an OBYGN! They are seriously the best!! Never had any problems with them, yes they are far from where we live but me and my fiance trust these people a lot and would 100% let the doctor deliver our second baby.
Dr OKOLI helped me deliver my first child. He is very understanding and answers all questions we may have. He stopped clinic twice to come deliver my baby. I never see him gone or off on vacation. Very hardworking Doctor. I’m very thankful to have someone take care of me through this journey as a first time mom. Will come for my next baby soon!
Threatened with collections for a bill I payed in full.
I wish I could give negative stars. I came to this office as a self pay patient and at a routine visit the doctor wanted some labs drawn. Before I agreed to the labs, I asked how mutch it would cost. They told me the amount and I payed in full that day. Later I got a bill for over $800!!!! I called the office and asked what was going on they said it was a mistake and they would resolve it with labcorp. I received the the bill again with a late notice, and called the doctor's office and was told again that it was an error and labcorp should have dealt with them directly and that the office would resolve it with them. I'm now receiving the bill again, with a notice that I'm going to be sent to collections despite having clarified exhaustively the total cost, paying the bill in full, and having multiple office members tell me that they were going to take care of it.
Avoid this office if you don't huge unexpected bills that they lied about and then won't help you with.
Dr. Okoli is very professional and personable doctor. He definitely shows that he cares about your health and well being. Angela is such a sweet person to talk with and I am happy that she is there. Mrs. Okoli is also a great asset to the office as she comes out to talk with you and see that you are doing okay. I have been going to Dr. Okoli for over 3 years as he was referred to me by my midwife (Nikki Brown).
I am truly so grateful for Dr. Okoli and all the team. Everyone who works here is so kind and made my whole pregnancy experience the best it can be. I felt heard and understood. He delivered our baby boy healthy and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Truly he is great at what he does and I’m eternally grateful that he was the one who delivered our baby boy.
Nurses are unprofessionally trained. It took 2 hours to be seen. My insurance was incorrect and did not confirm it with me. I visit doctor a day before my miscarriage told him I was having several pain and felt as if I was not heard. Went back for my postpartum, and it was like he was reading out of a script, asking if I’m breast feeding or bottle feeding. He doesn’t study or remember his patients.
Front desk and medical assistants are nicer than the Dr. himself. Unfortunately, my experience with Okoli was very stressful. I didn’t feel heard or that he cared even a little about my comfort. His attitude towards me was very dismissive.
