The front desk person that checked me (no name to share as she doesn’t show a badge) never introduced herself, should not be the first person patients lay eyes on. She was not at all pleasant. My name was called and 3 employees are sitting at the counter with no patients, I go up to the counter and waited, finally having to ask who am I to check in with. I get an answer “over here” no hi or hello just orders given
to fill out the paperwork. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with the front desk. Just plain rude. No compassion. For the staff member with the attitude at the front desk, I give a 1star.
The staff in the back doing the MRI’s, and who took me back to get me ready for the MRI were very nice and pleasant, acted as if they enjoyed their job. I am grateful and give a 5 star for their communication and compassion from those women in the back doing the MRI.
I have been visiting this location for my annual medical needs for many years. When I moved an hour away, that did not stop me from continuing to drive out to this location for care. The staff are always extremely friendly, and things run very efficiently. Everything is clean and orderly. Staff is both knowledgeable and compassionate. I absolutely recommend.
Everyone was very efficient and friendly. I arrived early and was seen early. The mammogram was quick and relatively painless. After she finished she took her results to the doctor to have him check the results. Everything was fine. So I have a year until I have to see them again. It was a very nice visit.
Excellent experience. The check in process was organized. I received an ultrasound and the technician was very professional and thorough. When my scan was complete the radiologist came in himself to share my results so I didn't have to wait. This is by far the most important factor for me.
Very dissatisfied with the front desk service. I made my appointment two days prior. I was asked if I wanted an Enhanced service that was an additional charge because insurance does not cover it and I declined it at that time. Fast forward to today…I went to my appointment was told I had an amount due for the visit. I paid thinking it was a copay when it wasn’t…it was a $40 charge for the Enhanced Service that I already declined. The lady that waited on me never said my charge was for something that was additional/optional not covered by my insurance.
Everyone at the office were great. Angela was very professional getting me ready for the procedure. The worse was the individual who contacted me to do the registration. She told me the process was 15 minutes and no mention of the one hour I would be in a room while the medicine was going through my system. If she doesn't know give her a job that has no connection with the public.
The actual site in Westminster is wonderful. They are so polite and caring from registration to the procedure. The one thing that is not pleasant is the scheduling process. Calling their scheduling service is not fast and you are often on hold waiting for 5-10 minutes to actually talk to someone. If you have a concern, you have to call there scheduling service, wait for them to call the actual site, and then have your message relayed. I prefer to talk to an actual person on site with questions. But the site itself is very professional and caring.
Great staff & such a welcoming environment! Came for a mammogram & ultrasound & was feeling extremely anxious but the ALL female staff soothed my fears & kept me calm & comfortable the entire time. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!! Grateful for all of the staff there who contributed to this amazing medical experience.
