We always have excellent service when we come to our appointment. Everyone is very professional and kind. We especially like Anthony Perardi. He is very knowledgeable and takes such good care of my mom. He always listens to our concerns and has helped my mom so much. He has even helped me interpret her care notes from her other providers. He always goes above and beyond for his patients.
Just wanted to say the Round Rock location on mays street has been nothing less than excellent for me. I have came to this place for quite a long time and can honestly say that everything they have done for me over the years has literally been life changing. Stephanie knight is my go to , and I cannot say enough great things about her! She is extremely detail oriented, courteous, compassionate, and truly knows what she is doing and cares for her patients. She will listen to your concerns and adjust your treatment plan as needed and in a safe manner. I could go on and on. The doctors are all fabulous as well and I have had nothing but great outcomes over the years with my treatment plan and procedures. Veteran approved, beats the VA by a long shot!
The staff and providers at Round Rock are always so friendly and so committed to helping me manage my pain.
This morning I received a fantastic, friendly smile and a warm greeting from Daniel and wee chatted as he took my vitals. Despite how busy they were, Sherrita took the time to discuss my cortisone injections in my knees, and made sure the numbing spray was working before giving them to me.
I'm so glad I found such a great place and a wonderful team to help me manage my pain when we moved here.
Sherrita and Daniel are amazing! They are always smiling and happy. They both inform me what’s going on with me and give advise for my recovery. I am very grateful to have them as my care providers. Thank you both for what you do not just for me but for every patient ????
I visit the Round Rock location every 3 months. They’re awesome! The whole office from the office, to the nurses, and doctors are always so nice and seem to really care and even though they’re always busy…they always take the time to listen and answer any questions. I normally see Mrs Sherita and the last few visits I’ve had Daniel as my nurse. They’re the best! They make it worth the commute seeing as I don’t actually live in round rock. Thanks APC Round Rock! My wife has been a patient here for a long time. She was seeing Dr Ajaz, whom she adored. He left the practice, she saw Dr. Paterno whom she disliked, then saw Dr Adams who is awesome. However the booking people are rude. She had epidural injections twice in the past 2 mths and she keeps telling them that must not be the spot. She called yesterday and asked can she come back in soon and they go up another level. She was told she has to come back to re-eval her pain. They did that last month and she asked for same day trigger points to get her by, at that apt she was told by Dr Adams PA, Melissa, Melanie? that she could not do it and that Dr. Adams would do it at her epidural apt, so she had to go another 2wks in pain. The past 2 "in office evals" she has begged for trigger points only to be told at one of those, we don't have you on the sch for that and do not have time, even though she told the apt person to be sure she got those at the apt, and at the last reval, was told to wait until her epidural apt. So she hates going to the office to re-eval when she knows she will go wks in pain. She asked yesterday on the phone will they please do trigger points at her apt and was told "we can't evaluate pain over the phone", that was totally an inappropriate thing to say, Frances, at your apt desk needs to go through patient relation training. When these pts call you they do not feel good, compassion for them in non-existent. They told her the first apt available is 12/27, she asked to be put on a cancelation list and was told you don't do that and she'd have to call you back to ck. So everyday she has to drop what she is doing, wait on hold forever, then be upset that you can not see her sooner? Your slogan "The pain stops here, and same day apts avail" is false advertising. I added up the $ we have spent at this location over the yrs and it is astronomical. For that kind of money, and as a long term pt you'd think they could do better. I hate coming home from work seeing her with tears over the pain, and her telling me is it over 2 wks before her re-eval, and then no telling how long before they actual do something about it, let alone seeing her try to pretend to be OK during the holidays with our family. It is heart breaking. Needless to say in the new yr we will be seeking another pain management office. She hates the idea of starting over, but is getting tired of the pain. It wears on her, and can not enjoy life, barely gets through her work day. The meds they have her on do not work, this back n forth between the office and the surgical part of it is exhausting. I will say that everyone on the surgical floor is awesome!
I’ve been a patient of Sherita's for years. If feel like she really cares about me! I feel very informed and treated with respect.
Because of her help, I’m able to work full time again!

My husband, Robert H has been going to this Pain Care clinic for over a year. They REALLY listen and treat according. We get in as scheduled.
