The absolute worst dental office in Delco. I had a confirmed appointment today and the office was closed. They said they tried to call me to reschedule but there are no voicemails or missed calls to prove it.
Every single time I've gone in, they've damaged my teeth in some way and I've had to pay for their ineptitude. Zero interest in patient care. All they care about is getting paid.
Don't bother telling them what the issue is with your teeth because they don't listen. My crown fell out 2 weeks after it was put in because the dentist wouldn't listen to me when I told him it didn't feel right.
Find another dentist. Your teeth will thank you! ???? ???? ????
I got a filling here recently and very soon after the procedure was done i started being in even more extreme pain and as the days went by it got worst and worst. scheduled an app and they cancelled it and everytime i try to reschedule they say they’ll call me back and never do. this office should be out of business and Dr.Price himself should be sued. i’m still in severe pain and not able to get help because of my insurance. this office is a train wreck and these people don’t care about you
they took my wisdom teeth out a few month prior to this and the surgeon who did the surgery was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable however the dental assistants are all sour rude people. the girl setting up my surgery was more concerned with her chipotle order then getting me set up. very disappointed this is the healthcare america thinks we deserve.
horrible. waited 2 months for an appointment for a root canal. in the worst pain ever and it got cancelled cause doc was “sick” then it was rescheduled for today and of course i get a call because once again he’s sick. been in extreme pain and they were NO help at all. do not ever go here
Update a month later: the prescribed me medicine i can not take and called them multiple times to have it changed. Front desk lady was very nice and got the dentist Dr. Price. He was incredibly rude told my mom i was very rude and word for word said “I think you need to find another dentist and I won’t be seeing you again” then hung up on me. This guy needs to be fired and removed ASAP. Extremely unprofessional for someone who is supposed to help.
I called first time to schedule an appointment to see the oral surgeon about my son’s wisdom teeth. He was experiencing some pain and needed to be seen before it got worse. I spoke to the receptionist and the only opening available was over a week away, however, the receptionist Jackie was very understanding and promised to call me back after speaking to the oral surgeon. She called back shortly afterwards to let me know they would see my son much sooner which worked out perfectly! Jackie was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions …she even called me back a day before to verify the appointment with a friendly reminder. I plan to recommend this office to my family and friends.
Went in for emergency examination and was experiencing extreme tooth pain. They ended up looking at my x-ray and saying they have no idea what it is. They kind of took offense to me saying that I don't understand how that's possible. He then told me to go seek out a second opinion. I'm still in tooth pain and All this guy can think of is to get me out of the room and on to someone else .Kind of ridiculous that they would turn me away like that.
Zero out of zero! Not helpful at all. I'd rather chew ice than go back there!
Would not recommend this establishment. I went in for a cleaning and they found a cavity. I scheduled an appointment for October..a few days before the appointment they called and said the doctor wouldn't be in and scheduled me for November...a few days before that appointment they called and said the same thing they would have to re-schedule me. They didn't have anything until February - 3 months later, after already being re-scheduled twice.
I don't know what happened to Dr. Preis. I guess he had a stroke or something. They said he was still "sick" but it was like 6 months!
I went in February and there was like 10 people in the small waiting room. You could tell they were way over-booked and short staffed. I had a Dr. Rebecca I believe fix the cavity. She did a pretty good job.
I was already due to come in about a week later to get my regular cleaning. So we scheduled that for 2 weeks later...Then a couple days after my appointment they had Just scheduled a few days earlier I got a call saying were going to have to re-schedule the Doctor wouldn't be in LOL. Are you kidding?? THAT'S Ridiculous. I'll will be calling my insurance to find another dentist.
You guys just have to do better.
I had an appointment a few months ago. Everyone was a bit disorganized. The dentist who did my cleaning kept asking questions about why I hadn’t been to the dentist which was very uncomfortable since that’s very personal and my mouth was being worked on so I’m not sure how I was expected to respond to everything. However my sister just had an appointment here with a different dentist who did nothing but embarrass her in front of the staff and make her feel shameful for having existing dental issues. Very disgusting to make a pregnant woman feel that way to the point she walked out crying. Horrible establishment
Amazing place and amazing staff. I went there in February for my first ever wisdom tooth extraction and they walked me through the whole thing calmly and patiently. They assured me it would all be ok and I wouldn't feel a thing and they were right! I am very grateful I went there and I will be going back again soon for another extraction. The surgeon was awesome and kind and assured and helped me every step of the way, the receptionists were very very nice and so were the dentists. If I could give 100 stars I would. I would definitely recommend!!!!!!
