Everyone is always so nice when I go. The lady helping me choose glasses was so patient with me and showed me pricing on all my picked frames and options and deals from there too. The doctors are great and very knowledgeable. Small cozy rooms and peaceful atmosphere. Not chaotic or noisy at all. Exactly what you want from this type of business. Highly recommend.
A very busy Monday didn't diminish the quality of service from check-in with Aunnie, prescription, eye dilating with Destiny to our wonderful doctor Dr. Madison who is ever so caring and her medical assistant Ashley. Check-out was very prompt in providing my prescription and copay receipt. I didn't get her name because, I didn't see her name tag. Overall service was outstanding. Have a great day!!!
I did not have a good experience with this optometrist office. When I went to get fitted for contacts, I didn’t like any of the ones they had for me to try on but was told they could not prescribe the contacts I had already been using since they didn’t have that brand to try them on first even though I’d been using them for a decade. They also make it extremely difficult to get an actual copy of a contact prescription. They did not give me one when I left the office, despite asking for one, said it would be on their online portal. Their online portal does not have enough information on the prescription to be submitted to a third party for contact lens purchase. I will not be coming back to this office again.
I have gone here multiples times and its the same. There have got to better more efficient places than this one. And at a minimum it takes almost a month to get your glasses. I bet if they didn't get paid until customers received their glasses, they would have them ready much sooner. Also a horrible experience for one of my kids.
ALL staff start to finish were very gentle with my child who has never had an eye exam. They were very thorough and patient and explained everything so well. We were so blessed for this experience that set up lifetime expectations for our little one.
All of the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable, from my experience. Love them and love Dr. Madison, so sweet and very kind. Explains all the details about my eye conditions, needing more care than "just" glasses. Definitely recommend their services!!
I have had the worst experience in all of my years of eyecare at this establishment.
The exam was normal but ended up having hidden fees that are not confirmed with you or brought up at any point in your actual visit. Taking my cost from my $15/copay to over $100. Fine. I asked the receptionist if they had given me my prescription and she said I would be able to access it in their app. That is not the case and when I went to order contacts using the "prescription" in the app, it was denied. I called the office and requested they email it to me and was told they would not be able to because of HPPA. A quick google search will tell you that is not a valid reason for an office to deny sending you your prescription. I told the lady over the phone that it was pretty inconvenient for me to have to come in person or have it mailed, which were the only two options that would apply to me since I do not own a fax machine. She then asked me if I had ASKED for my prescription when I had gotten my receipts I repeated to her what the other lady had said and she told me again that it was my fault for not making sure I was given my prescription. Ya know, the one I specifically came into this office and paid over a hundred dollars for.
Save your time and money and find an office without the hidden fees and headaches.
Today we went for my 11 year old, Dr Madison was exceptionally patient with him and Mallorie and Jay were so patient with both my son and I! A huge shoutout to Jay for being so patient in showing him how to properly use contacts. I can not recommend this place enough!
