I had a great experience meeting Kendra Salazar for the first time. She and her assistant Nicole were very friendly and thorough in addressing my issue. Right away Ms. Salazar told me what was happening and how we would start a regimen in fixing it. I like the idea of taking pictures to keep up with the progress. I did have a bit of a wait when I arrived in the office and now I understand why, Ms. Salazar’s great bedside manner. I am excited to see results and return to the office in several weeks. The office was clean, quiet, beautiful and easy to find. This was a great recommendation.
For the first time in a long time I felt seen and heard. Kelly Salazar took time to actually listen to my concerns and not generalize my thoughts or feelings. I am excited to work with her to help my condition. Thank you and Nicole for the welcoming feeling from beginning to end.

Extremely upset. I’ve been a patient at Advanced Dermatology for years. I came in with my full makeup done as I have several appointments today. I brought in pictures of my skin as I’ve done many times over the years for the doctor to see and it’s never been an issue. Her assistant told me that the doctor wanted me remove my makeup and I told her I can’t do that as I have several appointments scheduled today. I was told the doctor wouldn’t do anything then and she never even bothered to come in and talk to me about my other concerns. Very upsetting. They just lost a long time patient.
Dr. Kendra and her assistant were amazing! They made my girls and I feel welcome. They were very personable, and thorough with explaining how to use suggested products. They both listened attentively and provided resolution to concerns my daughters weee having. Checking in and checking out was easy. There was hardly a wait and the lady at the front desk by the door was very nice as well.
Great service. HOWEVER, every time I’ve gone they are running behind. Literally, every single time. They clearly over schedule. But other than that it’s fine. No other complaints. Kendra is amazing.
The facility is well maintained, clean and functional. When I arrived, the waiting room was full (no empty chairs), but I was promptly called to the back so I didn’t have to stand very long. Paula and Annie were also prompt, pleasant and thorough. I actually enjoyed the visit even including the freezing and the biopsy. My only suggestion is that they should introduce themselves. I had to ask their names. But I definitely recommend Advanced Dermatology.
I am always impressed with the caliber of professionalism that is always displayed and shown by the entire staff at Advanced Dermatology office.
If I had the money, I would create an AD To showcase this entire staff and Make every medical profession in the world to view the AD to demonstrate how they should run their office! On top of that, I am very lucky to have Amber as my.Expert Technician! She’s the Best!
