I had an excellent experience with the allergist, Dr. Erstein and the office staff! Everyone was responsive, kind and highly professional! The doctor was very easy to talk with and accepted my insurance. Highly recommend without any reservations! Great doctor, nurses and office staff!
Dr Flashner and her staff are very competent and caring to all their patients. The office is attractive and parking is easy. She has taken good care of my husband and myself for two decades, through actinic keratosis and melanoma. We recommend her highly.
Stay away from this place!!! If you make an appointment, be prepared to wait at least 1 - 1 1/2 to be seen. Their time is valuable, but not yours. The office has a bad odor in it. If you go for a biopsy, good luck trying to get your results! All they do is try to push other services on you!
On April 22 we had a 530 appointment in albertson I called the office to advise we would be late due to highway getting shut down for an accident . No one answered my 4 calls . I emailed office manger- no response. My daughter & I got to office 10 minutes late & Dr Troccoli refused to see us . We were shocked . Because on numerous occasions we have waited 30 plus minutes to be seen.
Worst office. Shame on you.
Now fast-forward to May 20th. I had a 345 appointment. Only taken into the room at 4:45. And then sit there another 15 minutes. I addressed all of my concerns to Dr. Troccolli letting him know how displeased we were. How unprofessional this Office is. All his words were. I’m sorry. This office needs to do better!!!
Best possible dermatology office. Dr. Fox is brilliant with laser..all types. Excellent diagnostician. The only dermatologist office I use. Many highly skilled doctors
One of the worst offices I have been to. They never get ANYTHING right. They forget to send in RX, they send in the RX wrong, they send it to the wrong pharmacy. Calling the office is a MESS. Cosmetic procedures done poorly requiring multiple appointments to correct. Expensive. I can go on and on. I have spoken to the manager on numerous occasions and she even admits to the issues that this office has in getting it together. I gave an extra star because everyone is NICE. But who cares about nice when I need to spend multiple extra hours of my day every time I have an appointment to fix the issues that they cause. Not to mention the extra visits I have to have because they misdiagnose or mess up a cosmetic procedure. Really unacceptable and I am actively looking for a new practice after going to this one for over 20 years! Awful!
The wait time in this location is awful. If I’m making an appointment at 430, why am I being seen at 530? If that’s the case just make the appointment time later. This isn’t the first time, it’s every single time I’ve come here. The staff is lovely, but can someone advise the practice to stop double even triple booking patients. Every time I’m there someone walks out angry, before being seen. It’s really a shame, considering the staff/doctors are very nice. Get it together, making people wait over an hour is unacceptable. Stop booking in 10 min intervals and start allocating more time for the doctors to thoroughly do their exams. Also, have the machine started up and ready to go, so it doesn’t add on to the hour wait. My entire appointment start to finish was 2hrs for a 2 minute procedure.
I'm very mixed about this office. On one hand, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially Dr. Seelal, who is amazing. I always have a positive experience when in the exam room. However, the wait time is excessively long. And by long, I mean an hour or later past my scheduled appointment time when the waiting area is nearly empty. I was willing to let this pass but this happens constantly so they are obviously not doing anything to remedy the situation. I purposely schedule my appointments during lunch, even going so far as to leave a lot of extra time, but it becomes stressful when a simple follow-up appointment takes over 2 hours. Plan accordingly if you come here.
