They are scammers. Avoid this place. I paid for the visit in office with my insurance. Over a year later I receive a bill for the same visit for a simple steroid injection. Makes so sense. It would be cheaper out of pocket then with insurance then. Ive never heard of getting a bill over a year later. Ridiculous. And also staff was not friendly.
I can definitely help you understand. Your staff is absolutely not respecting the patients time here. Second time they schedule me in the morning . First time was at 8am they opens the front door at 8:15am. Today on 08/27 I had 7:30am appointment for the patches to be removed ( patch allergy test) I specifically asked for a 7:30am appointment because I do work like most people. The front door was opened at 7:50am. I was still not called in to be treated. The staff still made me wait. So I am asking if the office schedules an appointment early morning they don’t seam to care about it. The staff just opens the door whenever the my please and let the patient wait 15-20 min front of the building regardless the scheduled time.
On Sunday when I was scheduled for 12pm to place the patches on my back I had to wait 40min to be seen. As I checked in at front desk I asked how long do I have to wait. She said:” oh, it won’t be long.” All the other patients were called in before me that came after me. When I asked what is going on staff replied:” I was looking for the liquid that I needed for the patch test until now bc I could not find it” .. are they serious? Didn’t they know that a patient is coming for this test and they need to get that supply ready or at least handy? Besides that, shouldn’t they communicate that to the patient that sorry Ms. Patient you have to wait a bit longer bc whatever the reason is.
This office is horrible the way they handle patients and business. Seams to me that a bunch of kids or adults whom do not respect other people’s time.
If the patient has no other place to go this is the place to sit here and wait forever to be called.
This place didn't give us a real doctor, but instead a physician's assistant to see us. Even though, we told her that our insured's preferred pharmacy is CVS, she still sent the prescriptions to another pharmacy called Pill Cloud Rx, which charged us a lot of money and was 5 days late in delivering medications. And the medications ended up not curing any of the symptoms. Now realizing that she is out of her element after seeing us 3 times within a month, the physician's assistant told us to come back in another month, when the real doctors with the MD degrees will come back from their vacations to take care of us. In other words, just suffer for another month. END RESULT: We are not coming back here ever again. We decided to go to another doctor's office, where they did provide a real doctor with a MD degree, and who did fit us into our schedule, just two days after we called to make the appointment.
I’m very disappointed with advanced dermatology, I was there roughly 2 weeks ago, I was misdiagnosed it took me about a week to notice that it’s only gotten worse, only have go there again, pay another co pay, pay for another set of medication only to still have the same issue if not worse..
In addition you don’t get to see a Dr only PA and nurses.
Communicating with them is terrible. I've been transferred 4 times and it always goes to voicemail. The service is not satisfactory and I've had to call multiple times for a prescription refill, but they never answer. Terrible service and I dont reccommend
I love this place both my sons go here for skin conditions. The doctors are so helpful and explain everything in a way you can understand. The young ladies at the front are very professional and make scheduling my next appointment so simple and easy.
Definitely recommend trying this office.
I recently had my dermatology visit with Doctor Suzanne Friedler, MD, FAAD. I have been her patient for almost a year now. Doctor Friedler is extremely knowledgeable, skill-full ,and patient. Doctor Friedler has excellent bedside manners. She cares about her patients , measures progress, and listens to all of my concerns as she provides the best treatment plans for me. After seeing multiple doctors in the past, Doctor Friedler is the best as she was able to diagnose all my problems as opposed to other doctors I had in the past. Today, I am very confident with my skin and no longer have low self esteem because of Doctor Friedler. The only regret I have is that I was seen by her in the past! …Doctor Friedler will forever be my doctor!!! Thank you for everything !
Omg. .the staff was amazing...the doctor that took care if my daughter was the absolute best ...(can't remember her name) but my daughter faith was hysterical and she actually calmed her down ....thank you guys
