I came in to see Dr. Gianna Lombari today. She was so attentive, high spirited, and made me feel so comfortable! She was accompanied by a medical assistant by the name of Nicole. Nicole was incredibly kind and friendly! Both left an amazing impression. Would definitely recommend going to see Dr. Lombari!
I called and made an appointment. Since I have new insurance, and my regular Dermatologist does not take me insurance I specifically asked if they take it. They said Yes. Got a bill for a co-pay this is for an out of network doctor. I called Advanced Dermatology and spoke with Jaspert. He said yes we take your insurance. He called my insurance company while I was on hold and confirmed with them and was advised to resubmit the bill. It was resubmitted and my new EOB again shows this Dr to be out of network.
Be careful when they tell you they accept your insurance because the office staff is clueless.
Dr. chien, whom I believe is a PA, should not be talking to patients and/or needs training on communication. I found a dark spot on my shin, so I made an appt to have it looked at during my yearly appt. Without my probing or asking her what it is, she told me it could be “95 percent cancer, but 5 percent not, and she could be wrong.” Then, when I followed that assessment with well, what do they do for that? Is it cutting out the mole or chemo? I didn’t know. She didn’t really answer, but yelled, “ Well, it could be melanoma, you could die!!” I was a wreck for 2 weeks, and had to wait 17 days for the results because of some “signature from a doctor.”. Do better!
My grandma saw provider Jie Chen for cosmetics. Jie did a liquid face lift with fillers for her. It was such a dramatic improvement, I was shocked. My grandma was so so happy, we highly recommend Jie .
Front desk staff were really nice. The only reason why I'm giving 1 star is because I saw PA Lana and she literally brushed off everything. No interest nothing. The appointment was literally 2 mins. She not very friendly and was so blah the whole time. Next time I make an appointment it will deff not be with her
Have always had a 10/10 experience at the office especially with the help of Jie and Zoey. Very attentive to my concerns and always taking the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend!
I want to praise Advanced Dermatology, Dr. Levine, for his expedient diagnosis of my breast cancer recurrence. Both him and Dr. Barazani have been life saving on my road to fight this disease.
Jie is amazing! She has saved me twice from skin cancer and is absolutely wonderful. My whole family including my young kids all go to her, and we all love her. The office staff is very nice and pleasant. Been going to Advanced Dermatology for years and will continue.
