Had a excellent experience this morning during my cyst removal procedure. They were able to bring me in right away. The woman at the front desk was understanding about my anxiety and handled it very well.
Dr Ho is simply amazing. He was informing me of what he was doing during the procedure which was great. He was very gentle and I felt no pain at all. He made sure I didn't feel anything during the whole thing.
Sabih, the nurse in the room, was so sweet, attentive and assisted Dr Ho with what ever he needed help with.
They both gave specific instructions for after care and made sure I fully understood the directions before I left. I'm greatful ????
Love this place. They really care about the patients concerns. If I can give you guys a 10 I would. Thanks for making my daughters feel better. I'm always in and out. I never wait a long time like at other doctors office.
Toni Ann is the worst Dr. I've ever seen in my life. I was rushed in and out. She couldn't even send the medication to the right pharmacy after confirming it with her. She is a complete idiot. Not only that but she's not a Medicaid dr. So she has the write her prescriptions through her PA and because I had an emergency allergy skin breakout after the sent it to the right pharmacy it required a prescription authorization. She the. Proceeds to tell me she needs the blood work for my gluten allergy. I spent all day on my phone with my Dr. Office to keep getting it faxed but she couldn't figure out the fax machine was down. Finally after all that her PA didn't feel comfortable providing the pill corm6ofnths medication I needed only the topical which had to be sent to a specialist pharmacy causing even more problems with my insurance. I'm also disabled and went over the medication and everything with the commack office directly but good luck getting through because it's always an answering service. This office is filled with complete idiots. The doctorrs are even bigger idiots. They just want you in and out to get paid. If you ever saw the movie Idiocracy this is what this office is. You could hear in her throat how stupid she was and how she knew she messed up. I told her I would be warning people of her and the officer.
Might I add to this post A WEEK LATER- I receive a response on this review- pretty funny it took that long and Advanced Dermatology responds that I should call the office. They never call back. As well as in the future they will do better. How about the Controller of all these locations contact me. I have been a long time patient of Advanced Dermatology for years, never had any issues until I went recently for a treatment of the face (V-Beam) as well as Botox & fillers.. The Dermatologist I have always used had recently left the practice. She had done these procedures on me before as well as many others.. Now, a New Physician Assistant has taken over her roll. ( Jie Chen, MPAS, RPA-C). Procedure was done on12/08/2023. At this appointment I was very early so I waited in the car noticing The PA in her car adding make up. When I walked in there were appointments before me & Because of this I was delayed seeing her for my appointment 9:15. She was still in her car at 9 AM. She must have been running late.Her patients scheduled before had to wait as well-not a good start, but this is the least of it. So now I get the V-Beam. She assures me her technique for all procedures is like no other, that she will do the best job over anyone I have used in this practice. Next, I see a sign if you get a small amount of Botox 1 of the fillers will be half of the regular price $450.00. She felt I needed 2-sides of my cheeks where I have lines. In total my bill was over $2,000 & she insured me I would have major improvement-even gave me her Cell # if I had any questions for I never did Botox before.The V-Beam laser was for red lines I had mainly on my cheeks. I was told I might need a second treatment later on for another $600.00 which was fine for this procedure. Later finding out this procedure is so outdated and it is very temporary-all will re-appear. Well it has been 1 month and they all re-appeared. As far as the botox above my eyebrow she injected-now my left brow is higher than the right. The 2 fillers used made bumps on both sides of my cheeks that feel like boils under the skin. Later also learned from the plastic surgeon I visited, Both were not correctly massaged leaving me these huge bumps. Well, I contacted the office (DENISE) on several occasions and was told when Jie Chen, the PA comes back in she will discuss with her as well as the head of the accounting department. I never received a phone call back so hear I go again calling, 4 times telling me Denise was in a meeting and will get back to-Never did. NOT GOOD Customer service. While texting the PA she totally ignored me. (I have all the texts saved). Finally I had a friend try to reach Denise using another name, and what happened -she came to the phone. Knowing it was not me, she answered. I took the phone and Denise told me the accounting manager was working from Home and would get back to me the next. day. Finally got Denise on the phone days later. She made it like she did not know anything about any of this.. Just crazy. So now I am left with bumps on sides of cheeks. Going back on my review here-when I did go back to the PA she said, OH NO- you are going to need so much more fillers & would not recommend a facelift since this is scar free even though it will only last a year. She said (this all on 12/22/23)- I would need a cheek/Jaw line fillers. Now she never told me at the start. Why would I even start with the fillers if she did not tell me this. I am not made of thousands of dollars. Dr. Chen, said don't worry I will make you look beautiful without a face lift. A few days ago I receive a voicemail from Denise that she had spoken with The Pa, Jie Chen & Said she would remove the fillers but still charge me the full price. I had recently seen a few specialists, and as I said before, they agreed, she had not massaged the fillers completely, leaving bumps. So now I will have them removed elsewhere & Still have lines going down, What a waste of money!
Jie Chen is fantastic, nice, and overall a great provider in which she knows what she’s doing. Jie has performed Botox and fillers on me for the past couple of years, and I have been so happy with the results.
After these injections are done, she carefully goes over the recovery process. I get complimented by everyone about my looks and I respond with “that’s because Jie Chen has done an exceptional job” and therefore I recommend her for any cosmetic procedures. She is just one call away from making you look amazing! 5/5 stars for Jie!
Jie Chen is amazing!! Her expertise and technique with Botox and fillers really makes a difference. Everything looks so natural and no one can tell you had anything done!
Very nice waiting room they at least had TV so your mind was taken off your problem you were therefore: Girls very nice behind the front desk plus the girl that brought me into my room : Doctor very sweet and pleasant. She was right to the point why you were there. I’ll definitely go back and recommend this place to my family and friends.

Melissa was wonderful. She didn't rush and welcomed my questions. I made the appointment on line, but when I arrived the receptionist told me I didn't have an appointment. She offered no solution. I asked to be seen and finally she said they would squeeze in if I waited for all the patients that arrived before me. She was worse than talking to a wall. No help or concern for the problem. I asked who I could speak to about the dysfunctional website and she told me to call corporate for which there was no answer. Commack office, Monday 3.30.
