The physician was rude to both me and my daughter. He sliced open her boil partially drained it and then shoved the soiled gauze in my daughter’s face and scolded her for not going to the ER. I tried to explain that she was more comfortable with The way that he handled this situation previously, but his response was called and dismissive. He then stormed out the room without even explaining what he prescribed Or attending to her second issue. I would not recommend going here as the treatment He showed my daughter was horrendous!
Don’t come to this pace, the working staff is not knowledgeable, and rush to see and send off patients. Physician won’t let patient to finished their sentences. The front desk is grumpy, not welcoming.
I Do Not recommend this service provider!
Wait time was short enough for a fairly busy office.
Staff was professional and did their job well.
The Primary reason for my one star review is that my insurance information was not delivered properly for my prescription. Causing a delay and multiple phone calls attempting to give my information unsuccessfully to the company they have a partnership with.
Thankfully, the appointment was only a $30 loss and nothing more.
I had a sad experience here. The young lady in the front was nice and did her job. When I was called by the cna or nurse, she screamed my name from somewhere in the back. I had to go looking for her as she did not come out the greet me. The medical provider is how he introduced himself so I am assuming not a doctor. He barely checked me over. Prescribed me some medicine and off I went. 50$ later I am mad and I want my money back. If I knew it would be this way, I would have figured out some other way or went to another doctor. An actual doctor. This is what they give us in coop city/ Bronx. I usually have my service providers in Manhattan via another medical practice as their customer service is top tier. I decided to go near where I live and look. We need better medical providers here in the Bronx and near coop city especially because there is a large population here. And we do not deserve this terrible service we are getting.
I've had skin problems all my life, and this is the first time I've been to a dermatologist who completely resolved my issue within a month! I am so impressed by Dr. Benitez and the staff. They listened and understood my issue and immediately went about resolving it. I also like how the prescription program works. It's very efficient. I would recommend this office for your dermatology issues. Thanks to all.
Paul Benites is always in a rush and doesn’t like when he’s asked questions about what was done. He’s only in the room for no more than 3 minutes. He’s very arrogant and his own assistant said he isn’t easy to work with. Been there about 5 times and I will not be going back.
Very bad experience with this place. The doctor Paul Benites was not ready to listen to anything I had to say, was very dismissive of my concerns. I was seeing a different dermatologist in the same location his name is Arthur and he made my skin looking even worse stay away!!!!
In office, experience was wonderful. All changed after I left. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy, to which they do not have. I made several attempts by calling and leaving messages for a call back; no one has responded which is 1 week and counting.
