A very nice experience. The young last at the desk could not have been more helpful. My wife was seen by the doctor with 5 minutes of her appointment time. And she really liked the doctor. Very friendly, concerned, and professional. Parking is free, in the lot adjacent to the medical facility. ♿️
Nice practice. I like the actual doctors they’ve all been nice and helpful each time I’ve come here, but whoever answers the phone for pharmacy needs an attitude adjustment. I was obnoxiously told that my prescription was sent to a pharmacy that I not once have ever used with you guys. I didn’t want to argue with the girl on the phone so I said okay. Imagine my surprise when I went to said pharmacy, and they didn’t have a prescription for me!!
I went here for a while a year ago and I have to say, this is probably the worst doctors office I’ve been to. All the doctors I met (because I was never able to get the same one) were all equally as inattentive and dismissive as the others. They barely listened to my concerns, and glossed over my blood results without explaining a thing to me. One of them said I might have lupus so casually, and then moved right along, as if I wouldn’t have any questions. So if waiting in the waiting room for 15 minutes, then being brought back to the exam rooms and waiting for another 15-20 before seeing an actual doctor wasn’t enough to keep you away, trust that the actual doctors will rush through your appointment so they can give the same mediocre service to the next person.
I would recommend not going to this type of group practice, and just go to an individual’s office. You’ll probably get way better care and service, and not just a place that forces you to make an appointment every three months so they can charge you your copay, even though the doctor did nothing for you and barely even spent five minutes with you. This place is NOT it.
I gifted my wife sessions with their aesthetician, and she is thrilled. The clinic has been so great to work with, and my wife feels completely pampered. A one time gift is going to turn into a standing appointment because I love to see her so happy.
I recently had an amazing facial and Clear and Brilliant laser spot treatment with Kate Denise! I just finished chemoradiation for throat cancer, which included treatment to the lower portion of my face in Dec, and have been begging her, asking when we could “fix my skin.” She was so professional and wouldn’t allow treatment until she was positive my skin was healed enough to handle it. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and relaxed in her treatment room! Kate is highly professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. She assessed my skin, explained the treatment process, and used high-quality products that left my skin glowing and rejuvenated. Her gentle yet effective technique made the experience incredibly relaxing.
Beyond the treatment, she provided valuable skincare advice and a personalized home care routine. I left feeling refreshed and with noticeably improved skin, no more dark sunspots, and visibly lifted. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology and especially Kate!!!!
Not a great experience. Was seen 45 minutes after my scheduled time without an apology or even acknowledgment of the excessive wait. When called in the doctor didn’t even introduce herself to me and the overall appointment was extremely rushed, doctor barely got close enough to my face to see what was going on and seemed disinterested when I wanted to continue explaining some of the problems I had been having. Quick to get you in and out. Definitely felt as if I was an inconvenience for the team there. Extremely disappointed, hopefully others will have a better experience if they choose to go here.

She has no idea what she is doing! She prescribed the wrong medication making my situation worse. She is also rude, incompetent and should not be allowed to see any patients. I came in to get a cream to help heal a burn I had on my arm and she prescribed a topical steroid which is known to increase the risk of infection and impair healing. As a result of that topical steroid, I also developed perioral dermatitis. BEWARE!!
Seemed unprofessional with no consideration of my time as I waited close to 2 hours to just get called and not even see the doctor. Other then that the staff was very friendly hence the 2 stars
