Front desk and nurse were very nice but I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment and this was not the first time. Also Dr. John Tricholi rushed me out of an appointment where he made me feel dumb when I asked him a question. He didn't even say goodbye and just walked out the door
Doctor Troccoli and his staff are very welcoming and thorough w/their check-in procedures, med history-tracking protocols and the sessions themselves are un-rushed and informative. Skin issues and potential solutions are discussed clearly in layman's terms.
Every time I book an appointment with them, I took the time to fill out the online form and explain my conditions & why I'm visiting. However, it seems that they don't review my online form, and by the time I visit the assistant asks the same questions again.
It was a waste of time filling out the form beforehand, hope you can improve the process! The dermatologist is very nice and professional but my visit often feel rushed too. I guess it's normal because they are busy.
Made an appt to see Dr. Wong for a minor skin issue. However, Dr. Wong saw me for less than 5 mins, was in a rush to leave, and prescribed antibiotics which ended up making my condition much worse. I went back and all she did was prescribe stronger antibiotics for a longer time without any test or confirmation of her diagnosis. (Also she brushed off my previous dermatological issues that I felt strongly were the root cause of the current issue). The new medication caused the condition to spread and intensified the pain. After that I refused to go back and found another dermatologist who listened to my concerns, ran a simple test during the same appointment, and confirmed a new diagnosis. Ended up being directly related to my previous issue.
Long story short, find a doctor who will listen to your concerns and take you seriously.
Will not go back. I made an appointment with Jennifer Wong. Saw her for less than 20 minutes and she was clearly in a rush to leave the room and kept trying to grab the door handle to exit. She did not help me understand my issue but was very quick to write up an oral medication. I also asked her to remove a blackhead on my nose and did not give a warning about any pain. She put a ton of pressure on my nose which was painful and it wasn’t even removed. I got a bill saying I need to pay for a 45 minute appointment and an acne surgery which is ridiculous. Saw her for less than 20 minutes and the blackhead is still on my nose so not sure what she did and why I’m being charge for so much but I do not recommend.
This office is so friendly! The front desk was super helpful and even though, I was a hour early they were able to see me. And Jennifer Wong, oh my gosh she is a sweetheart she actually treats her patients with kindness and respect. She recommends three products for my acne, and my hair loss. Hopefully it works! ???? thank you so much, for your help guys!
This place is careless and ignorant I made a appointment 3 weeks ago and they just canceled the day I have appointment and told me they don’t have any appointments available for another two weeks what a irresponsible and unprofessional place.
I think the staff here is great. Very friendly - bin bin fan was great and he cured my problem. I highly recommend this office. I will definitely be recommending everyone to this office.
