Very happy with my visit today! The staff at the desk where you check in are very happy and friendly. Very nice welcome and that is important. People always base everything from the check in point. Dr. Piper is excellent and her nurse on my visit is very friendly and helpful! I have been coming to this practice for 18 years and wouldn’t change a thing. So glad that the front desk employees are so friendly! There was too many turn arounds in the old office!
Wonderful experience- will come here for life!!! I felt very taken care of. Beautiful office with very competent staff. I loved seeing Piipar!!!
My overall wait time was maybe 20min, including my time in the lobby and the room. The actual appointment was very quick as well, but did not feel rushed at all, just efficient. PA Adalie was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Oh and the overall environment just felt very welcoming and clean.
They are so incompetent and they play with your money and time!! RUN out of here and find a professional cosmetic/dermatology clinic… there are really nice ones out there, This one it’s not!!!
I paid $6000 cash on September, for different packages of laser hair removal, I scheduled to start the sessions the first week of October. I came for my first session and the machine broke down 10 min after starting the treatment….. they told me to come 2 days after that, and said they were going to see what happened to that machine, and that probably they were need to use a different one, but they promise it was the same results… I came 2 days after (it was a Friday) and they said the machine was still broke so I needed to reschedule for a different day… I explained that I have a busy schedule so I don’t have time to keep coming making space on my calendar to come and then loosing my time over and over… so I asked to have my money back, because they weren’t able to provide the service I paid for (they said the manager was going to call on Monday)
Never received a call… so on Wednesday I called to see what’s going on with my refund, the lady kindly explained to me that they couldn’t refund my cash because they don’t hold that amounts on the office but they were going to mail a check and it was going to take 4-6 weeks to arrive at my home…
I asked her why it was going to take so long? Since 4-6 weeks makes no sense. She said she just didn’t know. I asked her if there was a different alternative, and she agree on calling me later after talking with her manager. She called me right back and told me to go to the office anytime with a card to have the refund issued there (this was last week) and I was out of town, so I returned from my travel and called yesterday to confirm that I could go to the office anytime and in fact they were going to refund my card (I didn’t want to loose my time AGAIN…) when I came today, they said they couldn’t do the refund, so the manager was going to call me later… Like what??? So I really thought it was a joke, I asked the lady one more time, but not, she was serious, so I asked to talk with the manager. She went back and came out and said the manager is in a meeting so she cannot talk, she is going to call later.
So they aren’t able to provide the service AND they aren’t able to made a refund of my money? But also, no one person from management face you and gives you an honest and professional answer about the situation ??? Plus the front desk staff was very rude and with bad attitude, of course I have been there like 3-4 times and it’s always something… I’m trying to hold them accountable for the situation, because they just keep being a messenger of the manager and nothing it’s being resolved. They just keep saying the same, “the manager is going to call you” and I haven’t talk once with this manager.
Well, they finally passed me someone on the phone that said it was one manager, and this person asked for my card information for the money to be refund in 3-5 days. … I’m just hopping the money in fact will be return to my card and it’s not like they were just trying to get me out of there thinking it was settled, and make me loose more time… really nothing makes sense. They truly are so unprofessional that it all seems like a bad joke.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Nurse was great. Explained everything clearly and was very clear spoken and easy to understand. Dr Au was great. Again reviewed the procedure and recovery clearly. Front Desk personnel were also great. Very nice and clear spoken, and informative on next steps. Extremely pleasant overall experience. Beautiful new offices and obviously updated with all the latest medical technologies.
This is such a great office. Very professional and efficient. Great customer service team. Dr. Haider Bangash's approach to my first experience with Excema was very good. He helped me to stay the course to figure out what I had. I've been clear for a month! Yeah!!. Before finding Dr. Bangash, I had been trying to treat myself for 6 months. I highly recommend this team and Dr. Bangash.
Virginia Marx, NP is very knowledgeable, I appreciated all her expertise. She is a wonderful provider who puts you at ease and answers all your questions. I went in for a cosmetic service and I am very happy with the outcome. The entire staff, including check in, the cosmetic coordinator and MA were very pleasant, and efficient. I will be going back!
Friendly and great service I’ve been seeing DrDuncan for many years she is the most caring and kindest compassionate person!
