The provider is nice, but the office as a whole is perpetually running behind, and I have never been seen on time. After coming here for several years, I can safely say that I have had to wait well over an hour past my scheduled appointment time on every single visit. It is obvious that they overbook their appointments, and this has been consistent over many years. I understand emergencies can happen and there may be occasional delays, but after waiting well over an hour every single time for several years, it is evident that the practice has continued to overbook and mismanage appointments, to the detriment of the patient's time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after several years of dealing with the same issues, I can no longer waste countless hours on a practice that does not value patients or their time.
I had a wonderful visit with Paulina Crouse PA-C and medical assistants Daniel and Clare. They were timely, considerate, and I never felt rushed. Lina took the time to answer my many questions and had recommendations for everything. I would 10/10 recommend. The front desk staff were welcoming as well. I appreciate that this building has a parking attendant to keep things moving smoothly.
We received great experience from scheduling to checking in & being seen, the whole process was seamless. We are very pleased & highly recommend this practice & Dr. Alysha Colon & her assistant Lilee. Both were professional, friendly, attentive and treated us with care.
My time spent in the peeling pleather chair in the waiting room to the 10 minute Dr. visit in the dirty exam room was a waste of my time, energy and money. Dr. Fisher scanned my body faster than scanning a few groceries. This was my first (and last) visit. Never even asked about my history with malignant melanoma. And why were there close to 10 medical assistants sitting and standing behind a counter talking and laughing with each other or on their phones. This place is a circus.
My visit lasted a few minutes. Wait times were not as long as other reviewers, but I share a general displeasure in how the actual appointment went - quickly, brusquely, and what felt like very little care. I don't doubt the doctor's expertise, but I didn't feel comfortable.
The most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever been to. The vibes are more akin to the bleachers at a high school football game than a doctors office. Lots of cattiness, attitude, dismissiveness, and gossiping from all the staff, including assistants, doctors, and the rest of the staff. The heavy set check out lady was straight up disgusting in attitude and demeanor. Doctor Kon is not very competent and has a tendency to do a speedy misdiagnosis (or multiple) without actually taking a proper look. When I told him of my ongoing issue confirmed by a previous doctor, he didn’t listen and ran with his own incorrect diagnosis, causing me to have to follow up at the next appointment. When i again reminded him of the actual details of my situation, he got offended and got dismissive, and left the room promptly after telling me “no need for a follow up. You can talk to our medical assistant” leaving me with more questions and concerns regarding my upcoming surgery, which I cancelled immediately. I did not feel comfortable having anyone in this particular office coming near me with a scalpel. Not only because of their lack of knowledge and competence, but their lack of care as well. I’ve since gotten second opinions from different doctors, and surprise, all of doctor Kon’s diagnoses were completely wrong. Seriously, don’t go here, none of these people know what they’re doing and the vibe is just weird and catty. And to the owners, do better. Atrocious place of business.
There seems to be a lot of confusion on who is seeing who. My first appointment they were 40 minutes late getting me in. I felt like I was at the cattle market. In and out of the stall. The doctor I saw, in his profile he looks 40 - 50, not the case: maybe 70? Then I came back and I saw Dr Demarco. He was great, took time and I am very happy with him. Came back again and confusion, they were 20 minutes late for just a bandage change but I did see Dr Demarco so that made it worth the wait to have him look at his work. I leave my thoughts open to re visit my review.
I’ve been a patient here for a few years and have always been satisfied with the service; however, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service received during my last visit. The wait time was ridiculous and the doctor was rude & dismissive. It doesn’t take much to be nice.
