The first time going to a new place is always awkward. But they didn't make it that way. From the receptionist to the checkout lady. They were all awesome. Dr. K. Bush is AOK in our book.
Love the staff as well as doctors. They all make your visit fill like it’s a family affair.
There office called to arrange for checkup, they advised me they would check with my insurance provider VA, get back with me, after three days, I called the office, advised I was waiting on appointment time and date. Same story they would check and get back with me. NOW, 5 days later, I called their office, had to leave name number, advised too busy. So sad. DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE.
My experience with Kevin Bush has ALWAYS been great. He loves and cares for his patients. The staff is a different situation. I explained to Kevin that I was put off by his front desk staff back in November 2023 and told I couldn't see him until February 2024 even though I had a problem and was an established patient. While I was there on this past Friday Kevin sent a place off from my leg. He told me a rx was being sent in to the pharmacy and he wanted to see me back in 2 weeks. Front desk person made me an appointment for 4 weeks.
What the heck?!?!
Kevin is GREAT! Very friendly and easy to talk to. But if you are of dark skin tone and want laser hair removal, forget it! They don’t have the equipment to work on darker skin tones..? That’s kind of absurd to me. But otherwise, they are ok.
I made an appointment here with Christopher Bass and all he did was come in talk to me and sent me on my way and I had to pay 143 dollars and for what didn’t do anything. I wouldn’t recommend him the other doctors may be better.
Excellent care by Christopher Bass P.A.C. Diagnosis of issue and treatment immediately. The entire staff are very friendly and professional. I have used this practice for several years and have always received excellent care. Would highly recommend them to all my family and friends and have done so. They will not disappoint you in their care.
The worst experience i have ever had.office staff is rude and unprofessional .they billed my insurance for the same procedure twice and when confronted tried to explain that doctor had to be paid.oh and I still have the same issue.stay clear of this place.its all about the money.i will let everyone I know about what they did.
