To the owner who’s claiming defamation. You tried it! If my bridge was correctly re-cemented, it wouldn’t have came out 24hrs later. Second, if your dentist didn’t want to touch another doctor’s work, you shouldn’t have scheduled the appointment. Lastly, I said you tried to get paid twice. Meaning you’ll submit a claim to my insurance for payment & thought I would come back to pay you to do the same work again the next day, yea that’s not happening. And for your information I am very knowledgeable in medical and dental insurance and I know what mine covers and does not cover. If you don’t like how Medicaid pays, don’t accept their patients.
It’s your office that’s raggedy not the equipment.
All was well until they started to become money hungry! I’ve been going to this office for years and haven’t had any issues until recently. I went to the office for tooth pain and was told that I need a root canal or crowns because there was too much damage for them to do fillings. I had to pay for those procedures out of pocket because my insurance doesn’t cover them and they knew this! They kept trying to get me to make a down payment despite me telling them I couldn’t afford the procedures out of pocket. I got a second opinion today and was told I don’t need either! They’re able to fix the issues I have with my teeth without crowns or a root canal. My teeth are perfectly fine. I will not be coming to this office again. The cherry on top is that the new office I went to today said I haven’t had a cleaning since 2021 despite me coming to this office the whole time. Now I have to figure out what they were charging my insurance for. This screams scam!
Best Dental office I have ever been to, in my lifetime. (Germantown)Clean, No pain, No Games, Friendly, patient and Did an awesome Job in my mouth each time. A little on the pricey side, as any Dentist, but this office will work with you financially. If you have coverage, that's even better and well worth it. Please don't change unless its to improve something. And I personally see you improving each time I come. Thank you so much for being able to smile again.
First time at Advanced Dental Designs and it was a very welcoming place. They listened thoroughly to my issues and got right to work. No discomfort; they checked I was relaxed. I appreciated that they laid out all my options and pricing for my next procedure.
Kindness matters and Connie(spelling?) was professional and very thoughtful.
Dentist was thorough .
I don't have any complaints. I been going here for a few years. The front desk staff changes every 6 months. Appointments don't take forever. The muslim lady is very nice, and explain if there's a wait. The tall dentist was very nice, and apologize for taking a minute. So far so good.
I've been receiving my care here for most of the time I've been in Philly! The staff are all kind, patient, and helpful with working around insurance. Sometimes I have to wait a while for my appointment to get started, but the visits themselves are efficient and I'm always well cared for.
The dental office staff were efficient. My complaint is the rotating X Ray machine which is in a narrow doorway & it was not working properly. The doctor wanted to take additional X-ray to compensate. I was worried that I was being exposed to an overload of radiation. I cancelled the appointment & going elsewhere!!!!
Love the care here. Went for a routine cleaning and got some X-rays today. They do a great job explaining everything they are doing even without you asking, and are very warm and friendly from the doctor to the front desk to the hygienist. Teeth feel like a new car. =)
