Came in for a wart removal after looking up good dermatologists in the Spring area. They were above 5 stars! Nice front desk staff, incredibly sweet nurse, and friendly doctor. He was quick in treating me and my nurse was very comforting during the procedure. Would come back to this clinic for any future needs and will recommend to all my friends/family. Thank you!
Dr. Soares is great! My elderly father, my daughter and myself have been/are patients. His approach is conservative, which I love. Especially with my father. I've never had a problem getting an appointment within a week. I highly recommend them.
The medical assistant, I believe was Kayla (sorry if I got her name wrong) was the most energetic, upbeat, positive and happy person I have ever met at a doctor’s office. She truly is an asset to the office!! I can’t wait to go back just to visit her. Thank you for making my visit the most pleasurable doctor office visit I have ever had!!!’
I was impressed with my visit. From the assistant who first came in the room and spoke with me. She was very thorough and listened. Then the doctor came in and he was the same way. I had previously been to a couple different dermatologist with no relief.
The doctor came up with a plan and I am convinced that he will be able to help me.
He runs a top notch facility!
Definitely a great office to visit. Very clean and nice front and back office. I had the pleasure of having MA Victoria assist me and she was great and her level of patience with both myself and 2 year old was top notch. The doctor was great and addressed all of my concerns. I did not feel rushed by anyone and very happy to know I've found my new dermatologist office. I really appreciate how they were with my son even though he was not the not the person being seen.
Great office, very clean! Dr. Soares was friendly and answered my questions as best as he could. I feel like he was eager to resolve my discomfort and I can definitely appreciate that! He wasn’t as thorough as I would’ve liked but he understood my problem and created an action plan right away so no complaints. His assistant Kayla was awesome as well. Very sweet and professional! She was kind even when I called back later to ask a pharmacy question. Overall, I look forward to my journey with this practice and do recommend! :)
The practice was closed when I arrived, but opened 5-10 minutes early to let in patients who were waiting
The check-in was quick, and I was called back sooner than later; Kayla was the nurse who reviewed my on-line check in submission; she was quick yet thorough, smiling and friendly, made me feel welcomed and at ease.
Dr Soares was efficient and explained the condition I have; he was almost apologetic that he had to refer me to a different practice when I asked if he could not do a small procedure. He proferred names I could contact.
Overall, a Very Good experience; I will return to this practice in the future if I have dermatology issues.
Place sucks.
Disorganized.
Lack of communication & common understanding.
African doctor is mildly aggressive & slightly rude.
Bad vibe, feels like a money grab scheme in collaboration with Clinical Pathology Labs.
Nurses were cool though even though they are lost & confused as well.
