Advanced ER is amazing. The staff is phenomenal. The facility is beautiful and very clean. There was no long wait. Check in was easy and thorough.
Dr Allen and his team not only provide excellent patient care they do it with compassion! Dr Allen treats you like a human being. He sits with you to understand your needs and plans the best treatment with you! I highly recommend Advanced ER!!! Wish I could go there for all my health concerns not just an emergency visit.
Great doctor and staff and they go the extra mile to help you. Very nice people. Ran all tests and explained to me what the tests are showing and what issues can somewhat be ruled out and referred me to a specialist with all paperwork. It put me at ease knowing the staff genuinely cared and wanted to check everything to rule out what my issues could be a symptom of and explain to me why and what my issues could be a sign of. Total transparency in everything and I like those kinds of doctors. Gave me all paperwork and I went home knowing that my issues weren't what I thought they were and went home at ease that I'm ok. I'm definitely coming here in the future.
I was at the ER in Inwood today and was in a lot of pain. The front desk girl, Shreya, got me service really quickly. Nurse Melissa took good care of me, and Dr. Jones was very helpful as well. Everyone was so helpful and efficient. I'm very happy with the service.
Hear me when I Say... Never Ever Go Here! Front desk guy was sweet he seemed new but he wasn't the problem. He explained that if you are declared a non emergency patient you have to pay upfront if it's an emergency they bill you later...Great. I get sent to the back damn here coughing my lungs out coughing up blood shallower breathing they know I have asthma and the kicker they checked my temp and I actively had a fever!. the nurse man doing all this was rough as he'll. As the other nurse 2 was asking my symptoms he's sticking thermometers in my mouth telling me not to talk. Then the star of the show comes in (The Doctors) Barely caught his name because he was gone just as fast as he came. He literally said "have you been around sick people" I answered no "I'm going to give you some cough medicine and treat you for covid" then he left. 2 seconds later that same front desk fella came in saying they declared me a non emergency patient and it will be $600 up front..... THEY DIDNT EVEN DO ANYTHING HOW WOULD YOU DECLARE SOMETHING LIKE THAT. if I could give a 0 I would. Don't go here
Update: I went to a REAL Emergency room, turns out I have Pneumonia! Non emergency my Ass!!! This proves that they didn't even examine me. Texas Health is the place to go! They treat you like a patient, not a paycheck!
If I could rate each staff member individually and give them not 5 stars but 10 stars I would!
From my front desk to my personal visit with the Doctors I had by far the most amazing experience. I am wishing them and their families great holidays and health we need more locations and doctors like DO, Larry Pettit.
I came to this ER due to a possible appendicitis. They immediately got me back in a room and started an IV so that I could get pain medication. The staff is amazing and if I have to go to an ER in the future I will come here. Dr.Jones took my pain very seriously and got my pain under control in no time. Shreya, Melissa, and Amanda were excellent and very kind. I am beyond pleased and thankful google found this ER, my experience, although very painful, was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to be treated ASAP.
If I could give Advance Care and the tremendous staff 100 stars, I would! I went in the middle of the night in agony from what turned out to be a kidney stone and Dr. Pettit and Nurse Melissa took absolute perfect care of me. The front desk staff and the other nurses were wonderful, too! Everything is super clean, the waiting room is beautiful, and most importantly, they’re open all night. I’m so incredibly grateful for the terrific care they gave me and I recommend as highly as possible this amazing ER. Thank you to everyone who cared for me and God bless you!
Can I give more than Five Stars? I would. My PCP sent me to the ER. Dr. King is absolutely a top shelf ER doc. Being able to handle the history and physical, diagnostic studies and medication intervention in a logical sequential manner but being efficient to the point that it all appears seamless and not rushed—but progresses expeditiously. It is an art and science that not everyone can do. Problem identified, problem solved. Care, comfort, education and follow up provided.
Sara triaged quickly and thoroughly. IV/Blood draw first stick no problem. Great RN.
Front desk staff friendly and professional.
Can’t thank them enough. The ER is clean and modern.
You should consider Advance ER if, God forbid, you need emergency medical care. I am glad I did.
