The dentist that was there the first time I went was very nice and I was happy with my dentures. The dentist there now is nothing but rude. Says there is nothing wrong with my new dentures. This is my 3rd set so yes, I can tell something is wrong. Now I have to look for a dentist who can fix these or pay for new set. I asked for a refund. He said that will never happen. And the last 2 times I went in for adjustment, he had the corner of my mouth bleeding.
This place is A NIGHTMARE. I wish I could give 0 stars, they don’t even deserve one star.
The good reviews have to paid or employees making them. My mom spent a lot of money to get her dentures with them and has had nothing but trouble, they didn’t fit right, multiple teeth have fallen out, etc. Onceq the warranty expires they don’t honor their work AT ALL. trying to charge nearly $400 to fix their own mistakes. Absolutely ridiculous and the office staff is ghetto and unprofessional. I would not recommended going here. Go to Texas dental implants instead. They have helped us much more. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY here.

Charlotte called me and basically told me it was my fault that her employee was rude and that she’s not going to hear me out and basically called me crazy for writing this review. She honestly called me out about my review instead of maybe looking into her own office.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in all I did was walk in the door. They asked me to be there 15 to 20 minutes before my appointment time so I can fill out paperwork. I got there two minutes over the 15 minute mark and I was greeted with the worst attitude having Receptionist I have ever seen
The first thing said to me when I walked in the door was name on the appointment… I did not get a hello Or anything in fact, Victoria didn’t even look up from her computer so I had to ask her if she was speaking to me or if she was on the phone
Then she told me to fill out my paperwork and they will see if they will still be able to see me today. Keep in mind I got there at 3:47 and my appointment was at 4 o’clock, so I am very confused on why I still would not have been able to be seen.

I paid almost $6000.00 for my dentures. During waX fitting I kept telling them that I felt like they were too big for my mouth. They assured me that the actual dentures would fit better. They noted everything I said, but not what they said.
Therefore when my final dentures were delivered, they were too big!
The assistant is very rude everytime I go in for an adjustment makes me feel awful. I wouldn't EVER suggest this company for any dental work at all.
Advana dental was the worst dentist office I have ever been to. I had a broken obsessed tooth pulled the dentist was great 2 days later I got dry socket went to dr and he made the pain go away. Here it is a week and 2 days and my pain is still horrible my jaw and head are beating constantly the tooth area is still hurting horribly in 55 yrs I have never had such an experience then I called and got Melinda and another staff member and they pretty much told me Dr out of town until next week if I'm in pain go to emergency room. This after I paid 300 dollars to pull half a tooth. These woman were rude mean and very ugly to me as a patient and person in pain. I would never go here. These woman have no care or concern they acted like I was bothering them. They truly need some customer service training and maybe a little compassion. Why should I have to pay someone else to fix what they did. And my socket is still so infected. If you want to be taken care of and be treated like a human being go somewhere else. They should be ashamed of themselves. Thanks for nothing ladies.
This place needs a better receptionist. I get it, she probably didn’t have time to get her coffee this morning, but no need to hang up on someone after telling her thank you have a nice day, or when you first answer the phone say “what do you need”. For a 45 second phone call, she managed to be rude… impressive.
Would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone. My elderly grandfather got dentures a while back and shortly after he went back in because they were cutting him and not done properly. After this visit he told us that they are refusing to fix their mistake. I thought surely there had been a miscommunication so I called and set him up another appointment. Well that appointment just happened and after refusing to let his caregiver (his daughter) go back with him, staff came out saying they refuse to see him any further because he is belligerent. She asked what had happened and my grandfather stated, "they won't fix their mistake". Mind you, he is in his late 80's. So apparently being upset after someone messed up something that you paid many thousands for is being belligerent. He wasn't yelling, making a scene or anything of the sort. Asked for his records to get him seen elsewhere, they stated it would cost $75. REALLY! There were two other poor victims of this establishment sitting in the waiting room witnessing this encounter. After reading other reviews it appears were not the first or last to fall for this scam. They take advantage of the elderly, once thousands are paid, they make you wait years to get the dentures, then do a crappy job and run. I promise you Advana, I am not done and you will be held to answer for your 'business practices'.
Lovely people and have always been kind. They've worked well with my difficult teeth and have always done good work. Hygienist is a star!
