My first visit to Dr K. He was great! He actually read my previous records before he came into the exam room!! I don't think ANY doctor has EVER done that! He is very clear and doesn't get crazy with scans and prescriptions unless he really thinks you need it. If you ask a question, he makes sure you understand the answer.
It was a great experience.
Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a medical office. Their incompetence and total lack of problem resolution is appalling. Will never go back there, and will advise anyone else to find another option.
You'll see the automated reply to this review, and all other bad reviews. They don't care about trying to fix anything... They just want to keep up appearances. I did contact the office, and waited 4 days for someone to contact me. I called everyday and was told a manager would call me back, but they didn't. Still the WORST experience I've ever had with a "professional" company. I will continue to encourage people to go elsewhere, and have encouraged my physician to no longer refer people to this place due to their total incompetence
The only redeeming factor is that they actually admitted that they did the wrong thing, and admitted that it was entirely their fault. They had no way to compensate me for the money I lost because of their mistake, so I am just out money and time that I will never get back.
Dr. Patel and Candis Williams are great. They really listen with care and compassion to all that I am concerned about regarding my health. The staff always greet me in a friendly manner. Really would recommend anyone to this office. Very pleased with them.????????
Went to see them on 10/22/24 to find out why I was vomiting non stop for days, they ordered labs and told me to my face I would definitely get a phone call once Labs were in. Labs are all in and we have called 3 times, emailed twice and were even told that someone would call for sure on 10/29 but no one ever did. I had to google my own lab results to find that I have severe food poisoning and I was dehydrated when I was in their office begging for help. The only response I have received was from the OK Dept of Health who thankfully let me know what was going on and what to expect how to treat, etc. And a text asking for a review of their service. I did get a email with a cut and paste definition of the bacteria detected but zero explanation of what I have, what to do, how to treat it what is going on. That is why I asked in person face to face if I would get a phone explaining my labs and was told yes twice once in person once over the phone and today is 11/1 and still no phone call, all labs have been in and confirmed. Which I shouldn’t have to do anyways.
Had a very good helpful visit with nurse practitioner via telehealth to check my progress. Good thing I talked with her. She told me I was taking my new med all wrong. Now I can do it right and hopefully it will make a difference. Thank you to her for that.

When I call a doctor’s office, I want to speak directly with someone in that office, not another company in TX with non-American English speakers. When I questioned this practice, I was told they couldn’t find people in Tulsa to hire. Odd to me that other offices are fully staffed. I understand that you may have to leave a voice message, but you get a call back from someone in that office. I messaged the day before my procedure about the prep and NEVER got an answer. Having said all of this, I think I have a more than competent physician. When I went for my follow-up appointment SIX weeks later, I saw a quite competent Nurse Practioner, who was very thorough. I was never told I wouldn’t be seeing the physician.
Dr Singh is an excellent doctor. He is also very caring & concerned. He knows the exact right tests to order & acts quickly to address all your needs. The Best!!!
