Best WLM Reviews
During the month of October, they turned this place into a spooky paradise, and it was to die for! The ambiance is inviting with two outdoor patios very spacious. The food and drinks were amazing and beautifully crafted. We tried almost every drink from the Halloween menu. The poke nachos were out of this world. Highly recommend on top of the volcano fries and the guava cheesecake. Everuthing on the menu looked enticing. Definitely want to come back to try more! Parking can be a little tricky as it's right off Broadway. Also reservations are strongly encouraged as it books up quite fast.
Adrift Tiki Bar in Denver is an absolute gem and a must-visit for tiki enthusiasts. We made reservations ahead of time, and while the atmosphere wasn’t the dark and moody vibe typical of most tiki bars, the bright, fun decor and appropriate music more than made up for it.
Now let’s talk drinks, the real reason to visit a tiki bar, right? Our server was fantastic, offering excellent recommendations and delivering top-notch service. We ordered two classics:
MAI TAIMade with overproof Jamaican and Guyanese rums, orgeat, lime, and dry curaçao, this drink was funky, refreshing, and full of flavor.
ZOMBIEA bold and boozy blend of rums, lime, grapefruit, pomegranate, falernum, cinnamon, Angostura bitters, and absinthe. This Zombie was one of the best I’ve ever had—powerful and perfectly balanced.
Both drinks came served in beautiful tiki mugs, as they should. They didn’t skimp on the rum, and the flavors were bold and unforgettable. As a collector of tiki mugs, I would have loved to take one home, but unfortunately, they weren’t for sale.
We also decided to order some food to go along with all that rum. We shared the steak bites, mushrooms, and a sesame cucumber salad, and wow, i need a moment.... what a fantastic choice. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked, with the mushrooms adding a rich earthiness, and the cucumber salad bringing a refreshing, tangy crunch. Honestly, it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a tiki bar, hands down.
I don’t live in Denver or even Colorado, but I can confidently say I’d drive to the airport, go through security, sit on a plane for a few hours, rent a car and go to A drift again. This place will always be a must go when I am in town. The people who live close are the lucky ones. A Drift has earned a permanent spot on my list of must go destinations whenever I’m in town. To those who live close make sure to visit and visit often.
We made a reservation later in the night. I didn't get a chance to try the food, but our server was great—very friendly and helpful. We got free shots for my friend's birthday, which were super sweet, but we ended up pouring them into our punch bowl. Overall, it was a really fun atmosphere for Halloween and a great place to grab a festive drink. I usually don’t have too many festive drinks because of the sugar, so we drank a lot of water.
The salad and ribs were both delicious. The coleslaw had a nice bit of heat and spice. The Halloween cocktails were good, the classics were great! Our hostess and bartender were both really good at what they do in addition to being nice humans. I understand why it can be difficult to get in some nights.
My friends and I went here for dinner on a Friday night. There were 12 of us across 3 different reservations and the staff accommodated us with tables on their back patio. It was a hot night but the drinks, food and atmosphere were on point.
The edamame hummus was beyond amazing. Best hummus I've ever had.
The only downside is that the waiter wasn't good and getting everyone's orders. They definitely lost money because we would have each ordered more.
Will be back.
My daughter loves Tiki and she discovered this place when she was in town so when we visited together she wanted to show me one of her favorite Tiki bars. We had to make reservations because the place gets crowded. They had special Halloween drinks and decor and the food, drinks and service were excellent. I highly recommend stopping by.
Beautiful tiki bar. The drinks and food were great. Our waitress was awesome. There was a special holloween menu, and those drinks were really good.
Adrift wasnt on my radar when i came into town but after a recommendation from a friend i went to check it out and was incredibly blown away by the theming, drinks, and the space this bar had.
The drinks were amazing and our server was incredibly helpful, especially with the holiday drinks they had on the menu.
I always love when a tiki bar has a bit more space than just a speakeasy style of bar, this was just the right amount to make you feel immersed in an expansive theme as opposed to a cubby.
I didnt expect much merch but was shocked to find not just a bar mug- but many different mugs to collect from this place! Picked up their house mug at a great price and some swizzle sticks :)
Only came for drinks but definitely want to return and try their food options
