The customer service was great. There was an issue with the HVAC system and I contacted the front desk. Jessie arranged for a tech to come to my room immediately so the issue could be addressed. It was a great stay overall. The staff was very attentive.
I had a great time staying at this hotel this last week. The breakfast in particular was spectacular. The service was great and the administration was very attentive. There was a Colombian girl who was walking around the dining room making sure everyone was okay and had what they needed. She was lovely and I felt very taken care of!
Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Room was clean and comfortable. Location safe. I have stayed here before and will also be going back in the not to distant future I hope. Can recommend to anyone who is thinking of going visiting family / friends in Flushing.
I was annoyed by the parking situation. The garage was closed for work to be done and the desk clerk was unsympathetic "Parking is free but not guaranteed." Room was OK. Breakfast meat was not kept hot enough for health... both my wife and I got the runs later that day.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! We booked four rooms and my entire stay was spent fixing the toilet, or trying to get water to run down the drain in the shower. One day, the elevator even stopped working!!!! Approached the front desk and she wasn’t helpful and did nothing to make up for the inconvenience!!!! This hotel needs to be condemned and built over from ground up!!!! Keep away!!!!! Staff need to be properly trained. I will never stay here again.
Worse hotel ever : dirty run down and for the money they charge! Disgusting! and man at the front desk should change job.
This Hotel is great ! I loved my stay here, the room was clean and spacious, the staff was very kind and helpful, the location was great, a park close by and also for transportation going to different parts of Queens and downtown. If I ever visit New York again I will definitely stay here again.
I remember when this place was built 50 years ago! I don't think they've updated the lobby since. That being said the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked|We didn't partake of the breakfast but it appeared to be standard fare |The free parking behind the building made it very user friendly in a part of Queens that is over crowded with cars and people.|
